The Eucharist as Symbol and Ritual According to Louis-Marie Chauvet
Neruda, Václav ; Bauerová, Kateřina (advisor) ; Jandejsek, Petr (referee)
This work - The Eucharist as symbol and ritual according to Louis-Marie Chauvet is a re-interpretation of Chauvet's conceptions of the symbolizing sacramentality and ritualization of the sacrament. The first part consists of explication of basic terms, a historical discourse in the way the eucharist was celebrated through the 2000-year history of the church, its philosophical and theological reflection and changes that the sacramental rite passed through. The second, main part, is dedicated to the Chauvet's contribution to the contemporary reflection of sacramental theology. The aspiration of this work is to approach the sacraments, the eucharist in particular, as a symbol that links our everyday life to the transcendence. Chauvet brings concept of "the symbolic order," of "the symbolic exchange", or "the presence of the absence". Rituality is closely linked to the symbolic aspect of the sacraments. It opens a symbolic rupture, a space, where symbols are effective and thus make human communication with God possible. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
Eucharist as Sacrafice - The Sacrafice of Christ and the Church
Černá, Vendula ; Jandejsek, Petr (advisor) ; Bauerová, Kateřina (referee)
My work named Eucharist as sacrifice - The sacrifice of Christ and the Church. I wanted to talk about every kinds of sacrifice but promarily from the view of Roman Catholic Church. The work should show also the conflikt between Roman Catholic Church and Protestant Churches in the task of Eucharist sacrifice. I started with sacrifice in Old and New Testament. It should show the difference between ritual sacrifice in Old Testament and Christ fait accompli in New Testament. Then is very interesting chapter where is shown the Trinity sacrifice. It show, that not only Christ but also God Fater and Holy Spirit were the sacrifice on cross. The third chapter spoke about Christ, human and Church sacrifice. Every inother way but are linked. Also the celebration in Roman Catholic Church has the sacrifice sense. The last chapter spoke about the differences in sacrafice (promarily in Eucharist celebration) in the Church between Roman Catholic Church and Protestant Churches. After historical kontext of some sacrifical and celebration disagreement between Churches is shown the biggest and still alive dispute. This dispute is in the priest in Church. Roman Catholic Church doesn ́t agree with doctrine of Protestant Churches and conversly. This is the main point why christians couldn ́t celebrate Eucharist sacrafice together...
The Relation between Man and God in the Tehology of K. Rahner, J. Moltmann and V. Lossky
Neradová, Hana ; Noble, Ivana (advisor) ; Bauerová, Kateřina (referee)
My work considers the relationship between human beings and God according to three theologians from different Christian traditions: Orthodox theologian V. Losský, Catholic theologian K. Rahner, and Protestant theologian J. Moltmann. In the beginning, I introduce the historical setting of their theology, and then I continue with chapters focused on the lives, scholarly work, and interpretation of the God- man relationship of these three theologians. The connecting thread through my thesis is the shared belief among these theologians that, despite the hard experience of living through World Ward II., they all insist on the divine origin of humankind which God does not take away even when people sin. Rahner's interpretation uncovers that people have an "inner sense" for transcendence - "Vorgriff", which allows him to overcome the limits of his world and to know God. And then Losský nad Moltmann reveal that the aim of human life is to be like God and to share his life and beauty. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
The Rediscovery of Symbol in Louis-Marie Chauvet
Bauerová, Kateřina ; Noble, Ivana (advisor) ; Hošek, Pavel (referee) ; Hušek, Vít (referee)
The main aim of my dissertation is to introduce, analyse, and critically evaluate the notion of symbol of a contemporary French sacramental theologian Louis-Marie Chauvet. He has significantly influenced the Western, especially Roman Catholic scene, but he is almost unknown in the Czech milieu. Chauvet's rehabilitation of a symbolic view of reality brings a possibility to speak about God's presence in a non- ideological way. He also brings a positive evaluation of body and corporality back into theology. In the first part of my work I map out the resources from which Chauvet draws in his notion of symbol. In particular I deal with Heidegger's early philosophy but also with Chauvet's use of psychoanalysis and his critical evaluation of older Thomist sacramental theology. The second part of my work is devoted to Chauvet's own notion of symbol. On the basis of his central works I analyse three topics linked with his approach to symbol: being, language and corporality. In the last part I critically appraise Chauvet's notion especially with respect to his use of Lacan's psychoanalytical theory. For some open questions that come out of this I look for alternatives in three French contemporary female authors. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
A Symbol In Theology And In Analytical Psychology Of Carl Gustav Jung: An Interpretation Of Baptism As A Symbol
Vydržalová, Simona ; Bauerová, Kateřina (advisor) ; Zábelková, Anna (referee)
A Symbol in Theology and Analytical Psychology of Carl Gustav Jung is about parallel between these two ways of how to look at the phenomena of symbol. Descriptions of symbol from these two points of view are very similar if not even the same in meaning. This indicates that theology and psychology speak about one subject just each of them in different way. As theology and analytical psychology speak about symbol they are still themselves part of symbolical expression. The connection between theology and psychology could make a myth. The myth tells stories in religious way which is likely to be interpreted in psychological way. Biblical pre-symbols of the baptism seem to be appropriate for this task as they are not static at all but dynamical as symbol itself is. The baptism then symbolizes initiation to spiritual life as it symbolizes death and resurrection as "awakening to another life, qualitatively different because regenerated" (Eliade, Mircea. Birth and rebirth, p. 128). Which is the main interest of theology as well as of psychology. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

In the literature search there is described the development of the cattle, meat consumption and the rate of self-sufficiency in the basic animal commodities in the Czech Republic. In this part of the work is also included the definition of the "price", its function and factors with an influence on price. In the third chapter there are defined the time series and their analysis, then you can find here the description of the trend models with the constant seasonality. In this part are also presented the following terms and facts about simple regression and hypothesis about the existence of constant seasonality. The practical part of my thesis is concentrated on the analysis of seasonal fluctuations of chosen beef commodities of agricultural market between 2008 and 2013. I preferred the commodities in prices of farmers, industrial producers and of course the consumer prices. In conclusion I carried out the analysis of the seasonality with the chosen commodities, it means, slaughter bulls (class A) in agricultural prices and beef in consumer prices in the time period from 1992 to 1997. For the quoted commodities is done the trend analysis too.
