This bachelor’s thesis deals with reverse logistics in a selected company. Based on the theoretical part I analyse the current state of reverse logistics activities within the company. In this thesis, I examine the logistics chains within the company, and continue to address the issue of waste management. The aim of this thesis is to propose corrective measures that optimize the amount of waste material and ensure a more efficient flow of reverse logistics activities.

On the basis of theoretical knowledge, it analyses and researches the company's activities and elements of forward logistics, and focuses on waste management and reverse logistics activities. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to propose a solution leading to the optimization of municipal waste collection in reverse logistics.

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the kitting order processing int the selected company. The aim was to identify weaknesses of the process and to suggest improvements. The process was described through non-standardized observation, questioning and individual interviews with purposefully selected employees involved in the process. FMEA analysis was done, weaknesses were identified and several recommendations for improvements were proposed as processing the necessary documentation for the prepared sets and the introduction of KPIs.

The diploma thesis deals with the course of the contract in the selected company. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts and methods related to the topic. The following part will describe the course of the contract in the selected company and analyzes will be performed, which were defined in the theoretical part, such as the FMEA method, Ishikawa diagram and IFE analysis. The last part will contain proposals for measures.

Functional imaging of cortical evoked potentials following painful and nonpainful stimulation in healthy volunteers and chronic pain patients

A close relationship between painful and non-painful (somatosensory) percepction was noticed already in the past centuries and led into development of many analgesic methods. Only basic neuroanatomical and neurophysiological research using animal models of nociception was able to shed more light on their proper mechanisms until the era of modern non- invasive imaging methods. The main aim of this thesis was to analyze non-invasively, in human volunteers and patients with chronic pain, spatiotemporal relations between brain evoked responses to painful (or aversive) and non-painful stimuli. In next step, to discuss the roles of different engaged mechanisms in found interactions and suggest recommendations for further research of pain. 4 experimental studies (3 in healthy volunteers and 1 in patients with failed back surgery syndrome) are presented. Using high-resolution EEG, phasic electrical stimulation of median, tibial or sural nerve(s), and source analysis of recorded data, modulations of all repersentative components of somatosensory evoked potentials (SEPs) by several interfering conditions were analyzed. The theoretical part defines the basic knowledge and methods selected with me, wich will be needed in the whole thesis. In the practical part, analyzes are performer, such as methods of START or Ishikaw diagram, that will be a huge part of the thesis. Based on the results, suggestions are made to improve the course of the contract in the company.
