Mobbing by definition is the harassment from colleagues or co-workers. Bossing is the harassment by supervisors. Work is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part is characterized by mobbing and bossing; which describes actors and the forms of mobbing. The following chapters describe individual stages and reactions of mobbing. Included in these document are possible defense against harassment in the workplace and possible consequences, which may occur. The last chapter shows occurrences and research that have been done in Czech Republic and abroad. The empirical part, I focus on two subjective experiences of victims who have been involved in harassment cases. The theoretical part of this Bachelor thesis provides general description of the nurses' personality and its brief evolution from the past until present time. Work in shifts and its effects on human organism contribute to the difficulty of this job, both on psychical and mental side. Main point of this issue is good work - life balance with stress on proper compensations of stressful events with effective relaxation and rest. Quantitative research is subject of the empirical part of the thesis. I focus on impacts of the nurses' profession and work in shifts on their lives. I was interested in subjective feelings of nurses working in shifts and how they perceive this issue. The aim of this master's thesis is the study of the development and changes of the wedding customs in the years 1948 - 1989, i.e. during the period of communistic Czechoslovakia. These developments and changes were monitored by oral history quality research - by the direct interviews with participants in discussions and comparison with available sources and photographic documentation from the weddings in each period of time. The work is focused more detailed on the influence of the socialism and its economic and cultural conditions over the development of wedding practices and customs and then on deviations from the Western, or better to say non-communistic model of changes in wedding customs in Europe during the post-war period of the 20th Century. The research was pursued at the regional level. The narrators were selected with regard to their responsibility for the appropriate generation and to the time they have married.

This age group was chosen because the life style of a human being is supposed to be formed within this period of human life and it impacts the individual's health state for all life. Health is one the basic rights of each person. It is a condition of well-being and a good quality of life. Good health is a basic part of steady economical increase in society. Diseases prevention and health support are attitudes which are emphasized in the whole society. Change of life can prevent occurance and development of mass occured diseases to a great extent. This bachelor work investigates pregnant woman' s state of stress connected with prenatal diagnostics. It comprises a theoretical summary of pregnancy, prenatal care and stress. The focus of work is composed of a quantitative research. It reveals inner feelings of women, when realizing their pregnancies. It also investigates the ratio of planned pregnancies, the level of informedness of particular diagnostic procedures in prenatal care and following feelings and body responses evocated by these.

This bachelor thesis deals with adult and young adult cystic fibrosis patients and their subjective perception of quality of life. It gives thorough description of cystic fibrosis. Nursing and psychological treatment for cystic fibrosis are characterized. Related key terms and issues are also mentioned, such as quality of life and quality of life related to health. An overview of latest findings in the field of quality of life for cystic fibrosis patients is given. The impact of infertility on the quality of life of infertile couples

This bachelor's thesis outlines existing information on the topic of infertility, defines the terms "infertility", "assisted reproduction", "quality of life" and "psychological aspect of the disease" in context with the unpleasant mental, physical, social and economic factors, that partake in the quality of couple's lives. It also summarizes the legal policies of this problem in the Czech Republic. The empirical part of this thesis was based on a survey, given mainly to clients of the center of reproduction Pronatal Arleta IVF in Kostelec nad Orlici. This survey focused on the problems of infertility and its impact on the quality of life of infertile couples.
Pain management in the first stage of labour

The Bachelor theses deals with a problem of managing of pain in the first period of delivery.It shows possibilities of non pharmacological methods of analgesia for delivery.The emphasize is in educated work of a midwife in process of taking advantage of non pharmacological methods for reducing pains. The empiric basis of the theses lies in evaluating survey through questionnaires which deal found out with the help of questionnaires FPO-III-CZ.The results of examinations I compared with statistical samples CSU and with experience which I obtained during the period of my practical training. It is known that age limit of first woman in labour is going up.They have an average fear from pain and prefer non pharmacological methods of analgesia.Some methods of dealing with labour pain were not offered them by medical staff. The surveyed sample comprises 100 women who gave birth in 3 eastern Bohemian maternity hospitals.
