The aim of this work is to transform the card game called Bang! into a computer game that will be playable over computer network. In the beginning of the work I present the basic concepts of the game and I deal with solving problems related to implementation of the game. In the subsequent text I outline the architecture of the application with respect to server and client. From general architecture I proceed to the description of concrete implementation. First I acquaint the reader with the Qt, mentioning the reasons for its use, afterwards I describe the implementation of all parts of the project. In the conclusion of the work there is the user manual.

The application will help tourists in Bratislava to better navigate between main points of interest. An analysis of internal as well as external environment precedes the design process and builds a solid base of functional, cybersecure and graphic requirements to which the solution needs to adhere to.
Together for a Better City

The goal of this text is to provide understanding of the role that locally organized citizens have in changing general political behavior of Czech people after 1989. The text combines knowledge of urban sociology, political and urban transformation, and citizen/political participation in post-1989 Czech Republic. Theoretically, the text is based in critical reception of urban sociology showing its rather low rate of understanding when analyzing the role of citizens in urban change. The text works with the concept of transaction activism, using it to analytically evaluate the forms of examined collective local action of citizens. Last but not least, attention is paid to the role of ICTs, notably the Internet, in forms of local citizen engagement. To provide the necessary context, the text reflects on main events in political participation on state level as well as it reflects on main urban changes after 1989. Methodologically, the work is based on data from two representative questionnaire surveys and fifteen interviews with representatives of citizen organizations. Classical Film Narration

The major subject matter to be pursuded in this master's thesis is the classical film narrative, the boom of which is represented by classical Hollywood cinema. This thesis aims to prove that this style has maintained its privileged position also after 1960 and has been effective in the digital era despite of the revolutionary technological changes. It attempts to defend the hypothesis that Hollywood cinema keeps the principles of classical narrative style regardless the digitalization and blockbuster films affecting it.

In the present work I study creating of the gaming arti cial intelligence from scratch to a level usable in the real world computer game. I present various techniques used for programming of the arti cial intelligence. One algorithm for nding the paths over the terrains in the BJS computer game is chosen for implementation and is sucessfully implemented. Scripting, its use and advantages are discussed in this work and existing scripting language is chosen and embedded into the project. Two types of decision making AI algorithms are studied in more detail and are implemented successfully using the scripting for this purpose.

Access to Justice in Environmental Matters

The aim of this work on Access to Justice in Environmental Matters is to describe possibilities of access of natural and legal persons to the judicial protection of the environment in the Czech Republic. Judicial protection is an important element of ensuring the right to favourable environment. To ensure effective environmental protection and the rights of individuals to the favourable environment, it is necessary to ensure the widest possible access of natural and legal persons to public authorities and courts claiming the illegality of decisions, acts and omissions of public authorities or third parties. Broad judicial protection of the right to favourable environment is necessary and indispensable part of democratic system and a prerequisite for the functioning of basic human rights in practice. This work must first address the question of substantive legal right to favourable environment -its content and range of entities to which this fundamental constitutional right belongs. Right to favourable environment means the right to an environment which is polluted below given limit. Design of an Information System Part

The bachelor thesis focuses on solving the issue regarding enhancing the administration workflow effectiveness at the local election of the representatives. It goes the way of designing a part of the information system – the election application, created in the environment of the MS ACCESS 2013. The thesis is based on the database and information system theories and their use in a production environment. I have used the law normatives of the Czech republic for the organization and election processing based on the specific type of the local authority.
