Human resource management in the LUKOIL

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to analyze the level of human resource management in the Lukoil public company, to compare theoretical framework with the usual practices, to try to identify strengths and weaknesses as well as to suggest measures to improve the current situation. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. Theoretical part summarizes theoretical foundations of human resource management, including some specific aspects of human resource management. Practical part focuses on the analysis of the level of human resource management in the Lukoil public company including the assessment of the efficiency of security measures towards particular practices in human resource management. This Bachelor thesis is written on the basis of the available professional literature, some internal materials of the Lukoil public company and the author's personal experience

This bachelor's thesis deals with current issues in the field of human resource -- talent management. The aim is to provide a comprehensive view of the development of talents in organizations from theoretical and practical perspective. The theoretical knowledge is used in order to analyze talent management strategy in a particular company. It will be evaluated, how the theoretical knowledge agrees or disagrees with the company's practices. The expected contribution of the thesis is to describe and analyze talent management in a company Česká pojišťovna a.s. The thesis will be enriched by personal suggestions for improvements. It will also include the results of a survey conducted among members of the talent pool of the company Česká pojišťovna a.s.

Diploma thesis examines and assesses the process of recruitment, selection and hiring of students and graduates through development and training programs by the example of selected companies. The work consists of two parts - theoretical and practical one. The theoretical part describes types, content and basic properties of graduate recruitment development trainee programs for recent graduates and final year students. Practical part describes the programs and selection process for the programs by examples of international companies such as AB InBev, DHL and L'oreal. In final chapter of practical part there is a comparison of listed programs, author's advices and recommendations acquired during the selection process for development and training programs to listed companies. The work will be completed with author's conclusions.

The goal of the bachelor's thesis is to analyse the system of employee recruitment and selection in the company XY s.r.o. in the Czech Republic, to compare the theoretical approaches and applied practices, to define main strengths and weaknesses, and to propose the application of good practices as well as solutions to identified problems. The analyzed company XY s.r.o. is a subsidiary of a Russian international oil company that declined to be named. There is used a name XY in the bachelor's thesis. The theoretical part presents the concept of human resource management, specifies the process of staffing and defines the sources, criteria and methods of employee recruitment and selection. The practical part analyzes policies and practices of employee recruitment and selection in the company XY s.r.o. The bachelor's thesis is written based on literature, internal documents, interviews with employees and author's experience.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the personnel work in a concrete small firm in the field of engineering that deals with the reconstruction of the flats, core housing, renovation of bathrooms and kitchens. The work is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical. The first part compares theoretical with applied procedures. The practical part characterizes a small firm XYZ. In this part the strengths and weaknesses of personnel activities in a small firm are described and measures to improve the current situation are proposed.
Analysis of selected employee's care components in the large construction company

The goal of the bachelor thesis is to give a construction company AB (which does not want to be identified) recommendations for current offer of the employee benefits. Based on expert interviews with the Compensation and benefits director and the analysis of employee benefits there have been identified limitations, which are eliminated by offering of specific amendment proposals and by the calculation of the company costs caused by the change. Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The introduction of the theoretical part analyzes personnel policies of the organization and employee care. After the clarification of these concepts attention is paid to the actual employee benefits. The practical part focuses mainly on the current offer of the employee benefits, discounts and allowances of the company AB and thereafter on offerings of the amendments, providing not only the cost per year per employee, but also providing the simulation of the total cost for all employees in 2013.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to explore the process of recruitment and selection of workers in the Czech industrial company dealing with the manufacture of tires. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part the content of personnel work as well as the principles and methods of staff recruitment and selection is explained. The practical part contains the analysis of the principles and methods used in the recruitment and selection of workers in a particular enterprise, mainly focused on the workers professions. Parts of the conducted analysis are proposed measures to improve the process of staff recruitment and selection.
Analysis of the Remuneration System in the Company Agrofert Holding, a. s.

The Bachelor's Thesis deals with analysis of the remuneration in the company Agrofert Holding, a. s. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate the system of remuneration in this company. The theoretical part defines the concept of the remuneration system, payroll system, but also employee benefits. In the practical part, firstly the company is characterized and subsequently analyzed. It also includes exploration of employee's opinion on the current remuneration system, which is implemented in the form of a questionnaire. Based on the results of questionnaire and analysis, the strengths and weaknesses of this issue were identified and were proposed some measures, which should contribute to the optimization of remuneration system. The remuneration system in the company is set correctly. Serious deficiencies were not found. The company has a well elaborated system of additional payroll forms, provides a wide variety of benefits, but also intangible rewards.
Analysis of the Management of Maternity and Parental leave

The topic of this Bachelor's Thesis is to analyze the programs of the management of maternity and parental leave in three companies dealing with manufacturing, banking and telecommunications services. To assess the effectiveness, satisfaction and possible shortcomings of these programs in the care of the employee on maternity or parental leave, and if necessary, propose alternative solutions. The work is divided into a theoretical part where the explanation of the term maternity and parental leave, as well as an overview of major flexible forms of work and other ways to provide support for child care by the employer. The practical part describes the programs monitored companies and based on a survey evaluates these programs by the workers, discusses the return of workers to the labor market and active fatherhood
