Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza a následné zhodnocení systému odměňování pracovníků ve společnosti Agrofert Holding, a. s. Teoretická část vymezuje koncept systému odměňování, mzdového systému, ale také zaměstnaneckých výhod. V rámci praktické části je nejprve charakterizována analyzovaná společnost a následně provedena analýza. Součástí bakalářské práce je rovněž průzkum názoru zaměstnanců na současný systém odměňování, který je proveden ve formě dotazníku. Na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření a provedené analýzy byly identifikovány silné a slabé stránky této problematiky a navrženy opatření, které by měly přispět k optimalizaci systému odměňování. Systém odměňování je ve společnosti nastaven správně. Žádné závažné nedostatky nebyly shledány. Společnost disponuje kvalitně zpracovaným systémem doplňkových mzdových forem, též poskytuje širokou paletu benefitů, ale i nehmotných odměn. The Bachelor's Thesis deals with analysis of the remuneration in the company Agrofert Holding, a. s. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate the system of remuneration in this company. The theoretical part defines the concept of the remuneration system, payroll system, but also employee benefits. In the practical part, firstly the company is characterized and subsequently analyzed. It also includes exploration of employee's opinion on the current remuneration system, which is implemented in the form of a questionnaire. Based on the results of questionnaire and analysis, the strengths and weaknesses of this issue were identified and were proposed some measures, which should contribute to the optimization of remuneration system. The remuneration system in the company is set correctly. Serious deficiencies were not found. The company has a well elaborated system of additional payroll forms, provides a wide variety of benefits, but also intangible rewards.
