It contains a theoretical part that explains the basic concepts of project management, its function and methods by which it is applied. Subsequently, the project management is presented on a real pedestrian trail project, for which was a structural, time and financial plan during construction created.
Renovation of historical tram
Rozsypal, Josef ; Černý, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a methodology of basic works for the renovation of the historic tram and subsequently apply this methodology to the renovation of the historic tram 4MT. The work begins with a general historical overview. Following is a section on pre-renovation and related tasks. The next chapter is about the renovation of vehicles in general. This issue is discussed in more detail in the next chapter, which also describes the process of renovation of individual parts. The last but one chapter deals with the finishing work that follows the renovation. The last part describes the approval process for the vehicle operation with passengers.
Canonical quantization of midisuperspace models
Černý, Jiří ; Svítek, Otakar (advisor) ; Žofka, Martin (referee)
In this work we will try to quantize midisuperspace model of spherically sym- metric spacetime with massless scalar field. On this type of spacetimes we apply Dirac method of canonical quantization, leading to Wheeler-DeWitt equations. We will attempt to solve those equation generally for aforementioned type of spa- cetimes. Our initial midisuperspace model is Roberts dynamical spacetime. As we will see later, Roberts metric behaves badly in the asymptotic region. Due to this problematic behaviour of Roberts spacetime at the boundary, we will choose to quantize its static version, the special Janis-Newman-Winicour spacetime. This midisuperspace model is static, asymptotically flat spacetime with scalar field and it contains a naked time-like singularity. For special Janis-Newman-Winicour spacetime we will then solve Wheeler-DeWitt equations.
Ethical codes of non-medical health professions focusing on ambulance service workers
Černý, Jiří ; Haškovcová, Helena (advisor) ; Holmerová, Iva (referee) ; Vurm, Vladimír (referee)
Ethical codes of non-medical health professions focusing on ambulance service workers ABSTRACT A sharp increase of number of the codes of ethics in all fields of human activity is the trend of current ethical education. The dissertation is oriented (focuses) on the question of the necessity or the suitability of codes of ethics for ambulance services (Emergency Ambulance Services and Non- emergency patient transport services). The introductory theoretical part defines the range of medical transport professions that are the subjects of research. There are introduce the theoretical bases of healthcare professions. The historical part of the dissertation is focused on the development of a medical transport with an emphasis on ethical principles in the work of emegency and nonemergency ambulance services. The theory that the direct precursors of code of ethics can be promises, oaths, orders, statutes, instructions, recommendations and similar written or unwritten documents containing ethical principles that include challenges to help others and the demands of collegiallity, respect, honesty or virtuous life was confirmed. In the work is also mentions some ethical problems and dilemmas in the work in the ambulance services. The content of the practical part of dissertation is research study on the question of...
The Employment of Persons with Disabilities in the Czech Republic
Černý, Jiří ; Koldinská, Kristina (advisor) ; Lang, Roman (referee)
in English - The Employment of Persons with Disabilities in the Czech Republic The topic of the thesis is the matter of employment of persons with disabilities in the Czech Republic. I selected this topic based on both my own work experience in this area, especially trainings for disabled persons, as well as provision of advice to persons with disabilities and insight gained during the above- mentioned activities as well as my efforts to deepen the related knowledge in the area. Based on the activities in this field of law I learned about problematic aspects, problematic and old legislation, frauds in the area of substitute performance and secondary problems related to employment of persons with disabilities, especially in the area of numerous changes in the area of cards for special benefits or compensatory aids. The more problems I knew about, the more I was convinced that I wanted to deal with them in my scientific work. Another reason was that within the primary research I learned that no professional publication was published in past five years. So, I would be pleased if this thesis contributed to development of labour law and social security law. The thesis is composed of eight parts. The first part deals with the definition of the concepts "person with disabilities", "disability", and other...
Hamilton's function in classical and quantum mechanics
Černý, Jiří ; Svítek, Otakar (advisor) ; Žofka, Martin (referee)
In this work we will examine an on-shell action, its basic properties and its relation to transition amplitude. Derivatives of on-shell action with respect to position and time are equal to momentum and energy. On-shell action of a system is sufficient for determining the trajectory describing time evo- lution of the system. On-shell action can be computed as (off-shell) action of specific physical trajectory connecting initial position in initial time with final position in final time but it can also be found from solutions to two Hamilton-Jacobi equations, one in initial time and position variables and the other in final time and position variables. In quantum mechanics a transition amplitude is directly proportional to the complex exponential of the on-shell action. Work with on-shell action is demonstrated on examples such as free particle, harmonic oscillator and partly also on central force problem.
Comparison of legal regulation of sickness insurance in case of sickness in the Czech Republic and the Republic of Bulgaria
Černý, Jiří ; Zemanová, Jana (advisor) ; Štefko, Martin (referee)
The aim of this diploma thesis "Comparison of legal regulation of sickness insurance in case of sickness in the Czech Republic and the Republic of Bulgaria" is to provide a clear and systematic description of social benefits provided to employees nad self-insured persons in case of general sickness in the Czech Republic and the Republic of Bulgaria, to compare some mechanisms of financial security of insured persons and to recommend some changes to be made in Czech legislation. The thesis is composed of three parts. Each part consists of some chapters. The first part of this work is focused on Czech legal regulation, the second one on Bulgarian legislation and the third part is comparative. The first and the second parts of this diploma thesis are subdivided into for chapters. Chapters one of the first and the second part of the thesis are introductory and define basic terminology used in this thesis, such as general sickness, social events, temporary incapacity to work. Chapters two deal with social security systém and sickenss insurance in both countries. Chapters three describe short-term events caused by sickness - temporary disability to work and quarantine. The last short-term event is different in both countris. Czech law deals with caring of a member of home. This short-term social event....
Sprirituality of marriage
Černý, Jiří ; Lachmanová, Kateřina (advisor) ; Opatrný, Aleš (referee)
The bachelor thesis deals with marriage, especially the christian one. The marriage is viewed from the perspective of spirituality, as a God willed way of life, a way of encountering God and leading towards God. First, the thesis defines what spirituality is as well as its supporting elements (key elements). Next, it deals with the lay state generally and the particular form of the the life of laymen - marriage. It studies the testimony of the Old and New Testaments of marriage and the parallel of the relationship between man and woman and God and man, more precisely between Christ and the church. Subsequently, following the introduction into a general doctrine of sacraments, the thesis applies this doctrine to the sacrament of marriage. It sees the dimension of community in widening circles of partnership, through parenthood to the extended family or society. In the conclusion, the thesis points at the characteristic signs of individual elements of spirituality in marriage.
Electric Car Rear Axle Mechanic Driveline Design
Baroš, Eduard ; Černý, Jiří (referee) ; Ramík, Pavel (advisor)
The aim of the diploma thesis is the design of mechanical parts of the rear axle driveline suitable for rebuilding of a given sports car into an electric car. The introductory part briefly explains the physical principles of the drive and contains a brief summary of the current concepts of electric vehicle propulsion. Afterwards, there is a comparison and selection of a suitable concept for a given electric vehicle, determination of the basic vehicle parameters based on the calculation of the longitudinal vehicle dynamics and the gearbox calculation on the basis of which the design is solved. The next part is dedicated to the computational inspection of parts using the finite element method. The final part deals with the placement of the assembly inside the vehicle and the evaluation of the drive mechanism.
