Update of Naegeli class method for valuing of building plots in the Czech Republic
Fuksová, Romana ; Siblíková, Dana (referee) ; Bradáč, Albert (advisor)
The subject of this thesis is test the applicability respectively update of Naegeli class method for valuing of building plots in the Czech Republic, price fixing, comparing their ratio and comparing with prices of pricing maps of building plots. The work focuses on the determination of prices of building plots according to the applicable valuation regulations, in this case the chosen location Brno-město according to pricing map of building plots, on the determination of agreed pricing and valuation plots of Naegeli class method. These prices are compared to each other and in the end are designed the changes for the proportions of building plots by Naegeli class method for the respective classes.
Determination of the amount of indemnity for damage to the family house in the village Věž caused by falling tree
Ostrovský, Milan ; Bradáč, Albert (referee) ; Šmahel, Milan (advisor)
This thesis should focus to the problem od the insurance event. It concerns the price of the insurance for the family house which was demaged by the Allen tree. Then there will be mention the problem to judge the value of the property. Where I will describe the methods, descriptin of valuation and basic data. Then will follow the explaudtion of the problem of the insurance.
Updates the calculation of volume fractions at the valuation of construction with cost method in conformity with valuation decree
Röderová, Alena ; Hlavinková, Vítězslava (referee) ; Bradáč, Albert (advisor)
This thesis is mainly focused on comparing the volume of shares ( share price ) according to the valuation of Decree No. 3/2008 Coll . with realistic pricing structures shares (focusing mainly on houses ), especially with regard to the influence of the floor structures and equipment , which is the number of floors does not change or changes only slightly (foundations, roofing, roofing , doors). Draft criteria which should be considered superior design and when they should be valued at cost using the design calculation as specified . The focus of the work is in Chapter 6 , where the budget is drawn up for each particular house floors. Number of floors is subsequently increased up to eight and is an analysis of the price curve of the shares of structures and equipment. Attached is a visual graphical representation . My work will serve to optimize the methodology for determining the volume fractions of structures and equipment construction cost valuation method .
Center of Gravity Measurements of Motorcycles
Vaněček, Michal ; Bradáč, Albert (referee) ; Panáček, Vladimír (advisor)
My diploma thesis deals with measuring the center of gravity (CG) the motorcycle. The first part is outlined with legislation and the types of motorcycle division. I mention the theoretical types of measuring the CG the motocycle there too. These methods are applied to the issue of motor vehicles. The chosen one way of measuring the center of gravity which is used for practical measurements of gravity the motocycle. The practical part included the weighing of the different types of motorcycles with a different occupancy. These values are then processed and the resulting CG are calculated for each motorcycle. The values of CG were compared by experiment with the program for the analysis of road accidents and reconnoitred the measured results with this program results. In the last chapter is the evaluation of individual CG motorcycle and the influence of changes in occupancy due to a motorcycle.
Center of Gravity Measurements of Bicycles
Burda, Ondřej ; Bradáč, Albert (referee) ; Panáček, Vladimír (advisor)
The first part of the thesis The measurement of the location of centre of gravity of bicycles is firstly about history and division of bicycles, about the legislation in the Czech Republic concerning the cyclists, about the analysis of accidents of cyclists and lastly about the analysis of the method of the measurement of the location of centre of gravity. The second part of the thesis describes the procedure of calculation of the location of centre of gravity in the chosen incline method and the proposal of measure apparatus. The third part of the thesis occupies with the measurement and processing of concrete values for chosen sample of cyclists on the bicycles which are selected in the way that the results of the location of centre of gravity in the final part of the thesis are compared with the respect to their application during the expert opinion.
Impact of CG on Post Crash Vehicle Movement
Kunovský, Martin ; Bradáč, Albert (referee) ; Semela, Marek (advisor)
This diploma thesis analyses the influence of the change to the vehicle’s center of gravity on its after-impact movement. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basic methods which are used in investigation of the transverse, lengthwise and height position of center of gravity or the influence of center of gravity’s vehicle position to its stability and handling. Next part of the thesis deals with basic division of the road accidents and briefly describes the methods used in its analysis. Problematic maneuvers and everyday road traffic situations are stated in this thesis. Chosen situations were simulated in Virtual CRASH and PC crash programmes. Influence of the transverse, lengthwise and height position of center of gravity was investigated in these programmes with regards to the after-impact behaviour of vehicle. The obtained results were evaluated in the final chapter.
Analysis of Possible Crash Avoidance of Personal and Rail vehicles at Railroad Crossings
Glogar, Matěj ; Bradáč, Albert (referee) ; Prnka, Jiří (advisor)
Presented diploma thesis deals with problems connected with accidents at railroad crossings from the road and railway drivers´ perspectives. The theoretical part is particularly focused on the explanation of chosen regulations associated with railroad crossings, with their construction and technical design and also with ways and options of marking in connection with railroad crossing safety system. The paper mentions the most frequent causes why dangerous situations occur. These causes arise from the railway and road drivers´ personal experience, supplemented by statistics of accidents at railroad crossings for the previous periods. The practical part analyses the options for averting a collision on two particular railroad crossings. For this purpose, the railroad crossing secured by lights and the railroad crossing secured only by a warning cross were chosen. Here, with Virtual Crash programme support, the origin of the chosen crisis situations is simulated and later options of their averting are evaluated. Finally, proposals for increasing railroad crossings safety are formulated for both cases. The appendix consists of a list of legislative regulations dealing with railroad crossings, a driving record of the rail vehicle and its technical parameters and simulation programme´s outputs.
Measurement of the Weight Parameters of Vehicles
Rücker, Jan ; Bradáč, Albert (referee) ; Panáček, Vladimír (advisor)
This thesis is the first part deals with methods of determining weight parameters of vehicles. By measuring the position of center of gravity and inertia measurements. In the second part focuses on the measurement of gravity position in a selected group of vehicles Škoda and their comparison between vehicles and comparison with simulation programs PCcrach and Virtual crach.
Comparison of Results of Experimental Visibility Measurements with Available Software
Ondris, Róbert ; Glier, Ladislav (referee) ; Bradáč, Albert (advisor)
Master's thesis evaluates determined values of visibility from the motor vehicle on the pedestrian by reduced visibility distance when using halogen headlights, which are the results of experimental measurements a compare them with theoretical values determined by assistance of available software.
Comparison of Results of Experimental Visibility Measurements with Available Software
Maxera, Pavel ; Glier, Ladislav (referee) ; Bradáč, Albert (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with the analysis of comparison the results of experimental measurements of visibility with the software Dohľadnosť 2.0. Based on the specifications obtained by measuring in the field evaluates, whether the results acquired from the software by simulating an identical situation are consistent and therefore applicable for an expertise activities in solving the analysis of road-traffic accident.
