Závěr Cílem této diplomové práce bylo přiblížit především současnou právní úpravu zabezpečení rodin s dětmi v České republice, přičemž hlavní pozornost byla věnována systému státní sociální podpory. Tento subsystém sociálního zabezpečení má z hlediska podpory rodiny největší význam, a proto jsem se jím zabývala nejvíce i v rámci výkladu o vývoji rodinných dávek. Rodina s dětmi je ovšem zabezpečována nejen dávkami státní sociální podpory, nýbrž i formou dalších dávek či služeb poskytovaných v rámci sociálního pojištění a sociální pomoci. Těmto oblastem jsem se však z důvodu jejich zaměření nejen na pomoc rodinám s nezaopatřenými dětmi věnovala v menším rozsahu, než jsem tomu učinila v případě státní sociální podpory. Pro účely srovnání jsem zvolila úpravu rodinných dávek ve Spolkové republice Německo a připomněla jsem též zabezpečení rodin s dětmi v mezinárodním kontextu. Jak již bylo zmíněno v úvodu, rodina s dětmi má pro společnost nepopiratelný význam. Výchova dětí však pro rodiny znamená zvýšené výdaje a zpravidla též omezení ekonomické aktivity a příjmu ze zaměstnání jednoho z rodičů, a to alespoň po určitou dobu. Z tohoto důvodu a za účelem zabránění vzniku příliš velké sociální nerovnosti mezi těmi, kteří nesou náklady na výchovou dětí a těmi, jež takové výdaje nemají, jsou ze strany státu poskytovány...

The thesis deals with the preparation of construction works Biology Park Brno . The goal is to determine the time, financial and material demands of the building and determine the appropriate method of construction technology . The work is focused on the main building object SO 01 - Building laboratories and offices , but some parts are addressed to the whole building. It is elaborated construction technology study , which followed closely solved the selected part of building technology project dealing with the given structures. Part of the work is devoted to the design optimization of the amount of formwork , which is necessary for construction.

Bachelor thesis deals with construction and technological project of gross superstructure object Wellness, which is part of Moravia Thermal Pasohlavky. The project was handled technical regulations for the implementation of monolithic construction and installation of wood trusses. The work also addresses the principles governing the organization of construction, dealing with the quality of the construction, economics and duration of construction.

Selective Enantiomer Separation by Pertraction

Membrane processes are not commonly used in enantiomer separation due to insufficiency explication of separation mechanisms and because the results of chiral membrane separation are not quite satisfying, especially in comparison with other separation technics, namely HPLC. A new method for selective separation of enantiomers by membrane processes taking advantage of ionic liquids is present. The supported chiral room temperature ionic liquid membrane is used for separation of enantiomers. Volatile enantiomers are separated by pervaporation and non-volatile enantiomers by pertraction.

The evaluation of student by teacher in Czech and English lessons

This thesis deals with a topic of evaluation of pupils in the elementary schools. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of basic concepts of evaluation namely its functions, types, forms, values and current problems. It also describes evaluated activities in the school subjects Czech and English language and the ways of evaluation of these activities. For explorational probe of practical part of thesis was used a method of controlled conversations that explored different ways and forms of evaluation that are used by particular teachers of Czech and English language in the elementary schools. The goal of practical part was to explore the attitudes to evaluation of pupils in the elementary schools in the subjects of Czech and English language.

Employment and Personnel Development of Women

The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of women's employment, equal opportunities linked to it and developing women potencial. It provils definitions of basic concepts, legislative background, statistics, possible strategies and proposals leading to an improvement in equal opportunities and elimination of stereotypes. Furthermore, this work also includes informatik about specific activities of organizations promoting gender equality and the posibility of personal development for women. In the research part, there are directly specified activities of the organization Business and Professional Women CR, which seeks after econonomic independence of women. The last part is a surfy of how this issue is perceived by respodents, and what comments they have about it.
