Business plan for the establishment of a transport company
Liška, Jiří ; Zadražilová, Dana (advisor) ; Zadražil, Václav (referee)
This bachelor thesis is conceived as a business plan for the establishment of a company operating in the field of occasional transport of persons. The minibus with lift is to be carried by cyclists, boaters or skiers. Market, customer and competition analyzes were conducted. Based on them, the feasibility was decided.
Prevalence and patterns of alcohol use and efficacy of personalised feedback - community intervention study
Liška, Jiří ; Mravčík, Viktor (advisor) ; Drbohlavová, Barbora (referee)
Risk drinking in all directions is confirmed by a set of solid scientific evidence. It has an impact on both the health of the individual and his social life and the people around him. Most of the effects are evident in people who drink often high doses of alcohol. An important factor is thus both the frequency and amount of alcohol consumed, which together form the pattern of alcohol use, which geographically and culturally different. Alcohol use is trying to regulate government through alcohol treatment measures, such as increasing the price of alcohol, strict rules regarding driving under the influence. The aim of this study was to explore the status and patterns of alcohol use on the territory of a small village Jindřichovice the Region, and to determine the short-term effects of a single dose of personal feedback ties on risk alcohol consumption on people living there. Studies show that personal feedback associated with short interventions are effective means for reducing alcohol use. Intervention was conducted controlled field study in a group of 111 people (63 men, 48 women) aged 20-76 years (mean 46 years), which were detected using a questionnaire quantities consumed each day in the previous week. Respondents were before the first polling randomly divided into 2 groups according to the...
Technická a softwarová optimalizace metod konfokální mikroskopie pro fotosyntetické organismy
LIŠKA, Jiří
Laser Scanning Confocal Microscopy is an important method to study photosynthesis. During sample imaging by Confocal Microscope it is not possible to exposed sample by physiological irradiation. Therefore, an independent light source is necessary to be externally added. In this thesis, methods of sample irradiation by an the light sources has been studied, a method of the light source regulation and its synchronization with image acquisition has been solved.
Transport properties of one dimensional magnetic nanostructures
Holobrádek, Jakub ; Liška, Jiří (referee) ; Vaňatka, Marek (advisor)
Magnetic nanowires have been recently under the scope for their specic properties and applications in microelectronics and sensors. This work deals with measurement of transport properties of nanowires in magnetic field. Nanowires prepared in the range of the thesis were grown by the physical vapor deposition method in colaboration with the University of Technology Sydney. The main task of the thesis was to develop a process of contacting single nanowires by electron beam lithography and measuring them using anisotropic magnetoresistance in angle dependent magnetic field. Characterization techniques such as transmission electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy and magnetic force microscopy were used to provide further analysis.
Studium fotobiontů lichenizovaného rodu Lepraria
Peksa, Ondřej ; Neustupa, Jiří (advisor) ; Liška, Jiří (referee) ; Barreno Rodriguez, Eva (referee)
My study is focused on green algal photobionts - lichenized algae from the genera Asterochloris and Trebouxia (the last was studied in a lesser extent). The principal objectives of the thesis can be characterized as follows: 1) to investigate the chloroplast morphology in lichenized algae Asterochloris and Trebouxia; 2) to study the photobiont diversity in lichen community growing in heavy metal polluted habitats; 3) to inventorize the photobionts in selected lichen taxa (Lepraria, Stereocaulon) in order to reveal their ecological requirements. Using confocal microscopy, significant differences in the chloroplast structure of lichenized and cultured (free-living) algae were detected. Moreover, algae exhibited gradual changes in chloroplast shape and structure during successive phases of cultivation - from the relatively simple lichenized form to the complex lobate chloroplast with several ontogenetic (morphological) stages observable in mature axenic cultures. Several Asterochloris lineages and one Trebouxia species were detected in terricolous lichen community from metal-polluted habitats using phylogenetic analysis of algal ITS sequences. All these lineages represented photobionts with broad ecological amplitude and worldwide distribution. In several taxa of pioneer lichens, low specificity as...
Design of Effective Usage of Instructional System
Liška, Jiří ; Endrle, Pavel (referee) ; Škorpil, Vladislav (advisor)
In this bachelor thesis are proposed three new laboratory exercises using TIMS system. Laboratory exercises are focused on digital modulation, multiplexing and measurement errors in transmitting signals with line codes. The laboratory experiments were designed with respect to the practice of the subject matter in an article Access and Transport Networks.
Proposal control system motorcycle to suppress riding errors leading to accidents
Přibyl, Tomáš ; Liška, Jiří (referee) ; Zuth, Daniel (advisor)
Work tackles the general design systems of automatic control of engine power and braking effects so that avoid any unnecessary dangerous situations and to improve the driving characteristics and suppression causes of accident due to bad decisions of driver. Is required to propose a general system based on the draft sensors and control circuits, their relationships, design control processor, which will be without the knowledge of the driver intervene in driving motorcycle.
Call Center Process Automation Plan in ISO 9001:2000 Certified Organization
Hovadík, Jiří ; Liška, Jiří (referee) ; Dydowicz, Petr (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with system of evidence customer requests in service organization. The introduction describes services activities in domain are focused on payment terminals and contemporary situation in call center. The suitable selection implementation tools are done. The second part contains the design of system for requests evidence and design of imports for service information system. The evaluation of the master’s thesis and some future improvements are presented.
