This thesis deals with the impacts into financial situation from the planned investment of the company with the representative name Teplárna XY. The subject of this investment is a battery system for accumulating electrical energy. The aim was to make a financial plan for the next four years based on the findings, which cames from strategic analysis and financial analysis. This findings was processed from financial statements for the last five years. The financial plan also considers the additional revenues from charging the battery at times of negative prices, which represents new potential revenues for future, similar projects.

The final thesis focuses on the draft of a corporate financial plan for a selected company. This thesis is divided into three parts. The first part contains the theoretical background related to strategic, financial analysis and financial plan. In the second part, the strategic and financial analysis of the selected company is compiled. The last part is devoted to the draft of the financial plan. Afterwards, a sensitivity analysis and evaluation of the plan has been done.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the economic situation of the company Pavlis s.r.o. in the period from 2018 to 2022. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of economic analysis and selected indicators of financial analysis. In the practical part there are informations about the analyzed company and its competitors, resulting values of financial analysis, analysis of the external surrounding of the company. The proposal part presents proposals for improving the economic situation of the company.

This thesis focuses on the design of a corporate financial plan for AGROSERVIS, 1.zemědělská a.s. and is divided into three parts. The introductory part focuses on the basic theoretical background related to the topic of the thesis and serves to explain the basic concepts of the subject. In the second part, the selected company is introduced, followed by a financial and strategic analysis, which is then followed by a SWOT analysis. The last part of this thesis is devoted to a separate proposal of a financial plan for the next 4 years, including a subsequent evaluation.

The diploma thesis focuses on creating a financial plan for Profimobil, s.r.o. The theoretical part defines key terms and the basic principles of financial planning and business management. In the analytical section, a comprehensive analysis of the company's financial health, market position, and business environment is conducted using PESTE analysis, Porter's Five Forces model, McKinsey's 7S framework, and SWOT analysis. The proposal section focuses on developing a financial plan that ultimately results in the company's bankruptcy. Consequently, two additional scenarios are developed. The first scenario aims to increase sales and maintain the strategic intent, while the second explores the implications of preserving Profimobil's existing concept.

The master‘s thesis deals with the creation of a draft of a financial plan for a specific company, which is PANAV, a.s. The work is divided into individual parts. The first part is theoretical and based on professional works containing information on company's financial planning. In the following part, an analysis of the researched company as well as the strategic and financial analysis are carried out. The last part focuses on a proposal of a financial plan for the next four years, which is based on the findings from previous analyses and the company's goals. This proposal is evaluated at the end of the work through a financial and sensitivity analysis.

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of RK Satis Group, s. r. o. for six consecutive periods. The bachelor thesis is divided into three parts, it is theoretical, analytical and part with improvements. The first part focuses on the theoretical description to understand the issue under study, which is then used in the second analytical part. The analytical part contains not only the results described in the theoretical part, but also their interpretation and comparison with a selected competitor company. In conclusion, the thesis deals with suggestions for improving the financial situation of the company.
