Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem podnikového finančního plánu. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretická východiska finančního plánování. V další části je představena společnost a provedena strategická a finanční analýza. Následně je sestaven finanční plán pro roky 2023–2026 a to v optimistické a pesimistické variantě. V závěru práce je provedeno zhodnocení finančního plánu. This thesis deals with the design of a corporate financial plan. The first part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical background of financial planning. In the next part, the company is introduced and a strategic and financial analysis is performed. Subsequently, a financial plan for the years 2023-2026 is drawn up in optimistic and pessimistic variants. At the end of the paper, an evaluation of the financial plan is made.
