Teoretický návrh fiskálního federalismu v Evropské unii

This bachelor thesis deals with a proposal for fiscal federalism in European Union. Main focus is given to the revenue of European Union budget. The theoretical part describes principles of fiscal federalism and European Union and its budget. The practical part analyses the proposal of European Commission from the year 2011. This proposal suggests a new way of financing budget of European Union and is compared to current methods of financing the budget while respecting principles of fiscal federalism and basic principles of EU itself. In the end, this thesis offers a suggestion of accepting the proposal of European Commission.

IMAP Implementation in C++

This thesis has focused on development of library of IMAP network protocol in C++ programming language. This work has focused on design and on interface of the library. Object design of this library is based on analysis of the IMAP protocol. Developed library contains implementation of a client and server part of the IMAP protocol. This work shows also the another IMAP libraries and evaluates pros and cons of the different solutions. Security of a network transfer is explained here in this thesis. This work deals with authentication methods, which are used to protect user credentials during authentication process. Created library can be easily used by software developers to develop an applications like an email client program and IMAP mail server. Part of this work has focused on testing of this developed library.

Information system for registration of meetings in trading companies

This work has been created to keep file of descriptions of salesmen negotiations for the company management. The application uses relational database system MySQL to store the data and a web interface as the program access. It was written in PHP script language. The data from the records will be used for evaluating and assessment. A part of the work is original graphic template that uses CSS cascade style and jQuery libraries. A reminding module has bee added, which notifies the terms of negotiations, meetings, and e-mails to reduce the danger of missing a term. The data is used to create graphs showing the monitored values, status and progress of events.

Studie „Boj proti obchodování s lidmi v dokumentech EU“ se zaměřuje na legislativní nástroje EU pro boj proti obchodování s lidmi. Studie se věnuje v první části obecným souvislostem boje proti obchodování s lidmi, včetně vnitrostátního i mezinárodního rozměru. Těžištěm práce je pak přehled a analýza legislativních opatření EU, zahrnujíc v to primární i sekundární prameny práva EU. Závěrem je nastíněn vývoj této oblasti z hlediska de lege ferenda. Práce se zabývá velmi aktuálním tématem důchodové reformy, přičemž zohledňuje především evropské aspekty této problematiky. Ačkoliv je důchodová reforma především vnitřní záležitostí členských států, vzhledem k tomu, že ovlivňuje i jiné oblasti, než jen oblast penzijního zabezpečení, např. fiskální, či politiku zaměstnanosti, je předmětem pozornosti EU. Cílem studie je zhodnocení přístupu EU k problematice důchodových reforem, a to především z hlediska právního.

Regulace nájemného, či spíše její neexistence, doprovázena specifickou právní úpravou sjednávání výše nájemného vyústila v rozsáhlou judikaturu Ústavního soudu, která povolala obecné soudy k ochraně vlastnických práv vlastníků pronajímaných nemovitostí. Účelem práce je zhodnotit možné důsledky judikatury především z hlediska současného stavu. Práce se dále zabývá ústavními a komparativními aspekty této tématiky.
