Fingerprint Recognition with Graph Neural Networks
Pospíšil, Ondřej ; Špaňhel, Jakub (referee) ; Hradiš, Michal (advisor)
This thesis deals with the verification of fingerprints based on their graph representation. The proposed method uses a graph neural network and a combinatorial solver to obtain the matching between the minutae points of a pair of fingerprints. The matched minutae points are used to align the fingerprints using an estimated transformation by the RANSAC algorithm. The aligned fingerprints are processed by the SimGNN model. The resulting similarity score is then combined with the metrics obtained from the aligned fingerprints. The experiments summarize the selection of method parameters and the evaluation of fingerprint matching and verification accuracy. The contribution of this work is a new stable method of fingerprint alignment by solving the graph matching problem. The proposed verification method does not achieve high accuracy due to too few minutae attributes and poor discriminating power of the metrics used.
Assessment of existing reinforced concrete structures
Pospíšil, Ondřej ; Láník, Jaromír (referee) ; Schmid, Pavel (advisor)
This master’s thesis is concerned with the static load capacity assessment of the reinforced concrete facility in the sports and recreational compound Kraví Hora in Brno, which is up to be reconstructed. The calculation results, overall assessment and static security suggestions are interpreted in the summary of the thesis.
Structure diagnostics in relation to the current condition assessment
Pospíšil, Ondřej ; Láník, Jaromír (referee) ; Schmid, Pavel (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis is concerned with the construction diagnosis methods used for assessing existing reinforced concrete constructions. In the practical part of the thesis, the methods mentioned are apllied for a technical reconnaisance of the facility in the sports and recreational compound Kraví Hora in Brno, which is supposed to be reconstructed early. The diagnosis process results are interpreted in the summary of the thesis.
Determination of coordinates and heights of calibration field points
Pospíšil, Ondřej ; Vondrák, Jiří (referee) ; Machotka, Radovan (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis describes the determination of coordinates and heights of calibration field points in the AdMaS complex. An auxiliary measuring network was built in the specified locality. From the tops of this network, a detailed survey of the calibration field points followed. The main part of the work deals with testing the accuracy of determining the coordinates and heights of points. The final part of the work deals with the comparison and testing of the accuracy of determining the coordinates and heights of points between the new determination of the points of the calibration field and the determination from the previous stages of measurement. All protocols, calculations, lists of coordinates, overviews, including a technical report are located in the appendices to this bachelor's thesis.
Software defined radio for LoRaWAN technology
Pospíšil, Ondřej ; Pokorný, Jiří (referee) ; Fujdiak, Radek (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with the description of LPWAN technologies focused on LoRaWAN technology in the theoretical part. The next part deals with description and analyzing of LoRaWAN protocol. In theoretical part also security elements of the LoRaWAN protocol are discussed and LoRaWAN 1.0.2 and 1.1.x versions are compared. The thesis also deals with LoRaWAN tapping and its decryption, both on the physical layer and the MAC protocol layer LoRaWAN. The thesis shows how to use software-defined radio to listen to LoRaWAN communication. Lastly, a replay attack and fake message over the fake session are performed
Web-Based Demonstration of Linear Filters Design
Pospíšil, Ondřej ; Černocký, Jan (referee) ; Novotný, Ondřej (advisor)
The aim of this work is to create a demonstration application focused on the design of digital filters. In the first chapters we outline the theory of digital filtration and design of digital filters. Then we summarize and evaluate the existing solutions. The following chapters describe the design and implementation of the actual application.
Security games "Capture The Flag"
Karabina, Lukáš ; Pospíšil, Ondřej (referee) ; Martinásek, Zdeněk (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis is focused on providing general information about "capture the flag" security games. It deals with the basic categorization of this type of games, it also describes various categories for tasks that can be included within these games. The thesis analyzes selected available platforms for organizing "capture the flag" security games. At first the thesis deals with security games in general, then deals with basic categorization of tasks, that are often included in these games, then continues with the issue of selecting a suitable platform for the practical part of the thesis to support the courses dealing with cryptography and cyber sercurity. Finally, thesis discribes the individual tasks that were implemented in its practical part.
Experimental application of robotic arm using industrial communication protocols
Kohoutek, Tomáš ; Pospíšil, Ondřej (referee) ; Fujdiak, Radek (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the most well-known industrial protocols and acquaintance with the Dobot Magician robotic arm. The main goal of this thesis is to create an industrial loop, which consists of communication – client and server. The individual components of the industrial loop consist of three robotic arms (including peripherals), their control units (in our case Raspberry PI 3B +), switch, and a server. The control units communicate with the server using two selected industrial protocols, namely Modbus TCP and EtherNET/IP. The result of the work is an endless loop, which tries to resemble the real operation of the assembly and disassembly of the box equipped with dierent items.
Vehicle 3D Pose Estimation form Traffic Cameras
Pospíšil, Ondřej ; Herout, Adam (referee) ; Hradiš, Michal (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor thesis is to create a method for the 3D pose estimation of vehicles from traffic cameras. Existing methods for the car detection and the pose estimation of vehicles are described. Part of the thesis was to build a dataset for the purpose of training and experiments on the proposed car pose estimation method. Proposed method uses a convolutional neural network for regression of the car base in the image. Car pose is then projected into the road plane using homography. Experiments summarize training and the evaluation of the car pose estimation method and accuracy of manual vehicle annotation.
Recognition of security issues in LPWA type networks
Shestopalov, Artur ; Pospíšil, Jan (referee) ; Pospíšil, Ondřej (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of recognizing security incidents in LPWA (LowPower Wide Area) networks. Thesis contains information about the most used LPWA technologies, examines their security architecture and possible threats. Part of the work is a detailed description of LoRaWAN protocols, including architecture, possible attacks, distinguishing security architecture in the new and old versions. Work contains implementation of two security incident scenarios and their subsequent detection: jamming and gateway disconnection. As part of the detection, was created a web application that is able to detect real-time security incidents based on the average value of RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator) and the expected time of message transmission.
