Control of sorting by programmable logic controller
Novák, Marek ; Němec, Zdeněk (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
My diploma thesis deals with the design and production of the first of the two parts of a device for classifying goods. This device needs two programmable logic controllers (hereafter PLCs), produced by Phoenix Contact, to complete these activities. These controllers are interconnected. One part of the solution, which is described in my thesis in detail, deals with the communication between these controllers, the design of optimalization of methods of classifying goods, which is important for the operation of the whole device and visualization realization. The PLCs are programmed in PC worx software and the visualisation has been made using the Visu+ programme produced by Phoenix Contact. The outcome of my thesis is a device, which, after setting up of the parameters, works independently and is completely controlled by a HDMI touch screen. This thesis has been supported by the Czech Ministry of Education in the frame of MSM 0021630529 Research Intention Inteligent Systems in Automation.

Device for Honey Bee Activity Measurement
Fučík, Jan ; Šimíček, Tomáš (referee) ; Novák, Marek (advisor)
This thesis engages in characteristic honey bee's behaviour first. Subsequently it engages in project of device for honey bee activity measurement. It reasons about non-electric quantities which can honey bee's behaviour represent. Description of components which can be use for measure these quantities follows. Description is intent on possible accuracy and energy consumption of each component. Appropriate method is selected subsequnetly. In realitionship with method are selected sensors and projected controlling circuit. There is a summary of parameters of device in resume. There is also design of the parts which do not work as good as is ideal in resume.
Noise meter and sound detector
Jedlička, Petr ; Novák, Marek (referee) ; Povalač, Aleš (advisor)
This work deals with design and construction of a noise meter, which measures sound pressure level. The device can be set either for weighting filter A or for weighting filter C considering the characteristics of human hearing, the device also allows two modes, fast and slow, depending on the rate of changes of sound pressure level. It tis possible to send measured data to a PC through a measuring application. The noise meter can be powered either by three AA batteries or by a PC through USB interface. The noise meter can be controlled by voice commands.

Glossators a Commentators in the Strahov Library
Novák, Marek ; Skřejpek, Michal (advisor) ; Salák, Pavel (referee) ; Falada, David (referee)
348 Glossators a Commentators in the Strahov Library Private law in the Czech Republic, but also in many countries of the world, has its origin in the law of ancient Rome, the development of which reached its peak in the form of a codification compiled at the initiative of Emperor Justinian I in the 6th century AD. However, modern civil codes do not draw their content, theoretically defined institutes, and systematics directly from the sources of Roman law, but from the results of their processing by medieval and early modern period jurists. This process is referred to as the reception of Roman law and, in addition to the discovery, or rather realization of importance, of Justinian codification, it involved its detailed study, the search for a system in the insufficiently organized compilation of the statements of classical Roman lawyers, the abstraction of theoretical concepts from casuistic norms and the transfer of ancient norms to the contemporary world. This thesis focuses on the first two stages of the process of reception of Roman law, which are referred to as schools of glossators and commentators according to the typical ways of work of lawyers, and which extend from approximately the second half of the 11th century to the end of the 15th century. It searches manuscripts, incunabula, and printed...

Novák, Marek ; Šíma, Jan (advisor) ; Voráček, Josef (referee)
The thesis examines a suitable marketing strategy to use sporting venues located at the Psychiatric Institute of Bohnice that is ranked among the best in the Czech Republic in terms of size, provided and progressive services. Among the main priorities of the Bohnice institute management headed by MUDr. Martin Hollý is organising events for general public and thus contributing to popularise the institute premise. The aim is to destigmatise mental disorders and to change the view on psychiatry as a medical specialisation. Interconnecting life "behind the fence" with life "outside" helps to integrate mentally ill people from the institute back into a normal life. One of the examples is the use of sporting facilities by general public. The objective of the thesis is to propose possible measures and methods leading to the improved use of sporting venues mainly for general public, which will directly result in meeting the afore mentioned aim of the institute management. Key words: Marketing strategy, marketing mix, public relations, sporting venues, advertising, Psychiatric Institute of Bohnice.
