Studium parametrů oscilací neutrin v experimentu NOvA

This thesis aims at the neutrino oscillations phenomena and the role of longbaseline neutrino oscillation experiments and NOνA in particular in oscillation parameters search. The standard formalism of 3 neutrinos model is described, NOνA experiment and its main features and physics goals (mixing angles θ13 and θ23, CP violation, the value of the CP phase δ and mass hierarchy determination) are introduced. The effects of media to neutrino propagation are explained and effective matter oscillation parameters are derived. The way to resolve the mass hierarchy exploiting matter effects in long-baseline neutrino oscillation experiments is depicted and consequent problems regarding the recent knowledge of oscillation parameters, i.e. δ-, θ13- and θ23-degeneracies, are discussed. In the last part GLoBES software is used to simulate NOνA results and to compute the estimated sensitivities to the mass hierarchy in case of 3 years ν run and 1.5ν+1.5ν years run in order to show the advantage of an earlier switch to antineutrino mode in mass hierarchy determination.

Fyzika oscilací neutrin na experimentu NOvA

This thesis goes into the physics of neutrino oscillations and into possibility of measuring some of its parameters in the NOνA experiment: the mass hierarchy determination, whether there is a CP violation in neutrino oscillations, or the value of mixing angles θ13 and θ23 in particular. The standard formalism of 3 neutrinos model is summarized and the effect of matter to neutrino propagation through space is clarified. It is explained how to get information on yet unknown oscillation parameters. Using analytical approximations expected probabilities of muon to electron neutrino oscillation in NOνA configuration are calculated for different combinations of the mass hierarchy, CP violation, or angles that could be realized in nature. Main features of the NOνA experiment, its sensitivity and basic character of the results that can be obtained are described.

Title: Evaluate of individual and groups abilities in a football game. Objectives: Determine the level of playing skills of players of the Czech and Spanish teams in terms of older products based on video games and of course the video draw results. Methods: For this work I used the observational method is based on observation, namely the method of indirect observation. From the observation results and draw converts them via text and graphs in your Bachelor thesis. Results: In the assessment of individual gaming activities in terms of games I have concluded that between Czech and foreign team are significant differences not only in gaming activities in the adult soccer, but they are apparent already in the youth categories. Perhaps the biggest differences between the earlier of SK Slavia Praha and Espanyol Barcelona in passes I noticed, in personal combat, while the overall movement in the field. Electronic support for learning. Use of the multiple steps e-learning concept in medical biophysics

Electronic support for learning -Use of the multiple steps e-learning concept in medical biophysics The aim of our work was to create and test a new concept of education based on modern e-learning methods. It should respond to our needs of higher individualization of education in terms of time, content and place. We named it the MSL concept - the Multiple Steps Learning concept. In the spirit of our concept we created three courses in LMS Moodle as support of practical education in Medical Biophysics. We started a pilot project to test the quality of the courses and their impact on knowledge of students. For evaluation of the courses we used our own modification of eLSE methodology. To test the impact on knowledge we compared the results of end-term tests between subsequent years - the education with and without e-learning support. The results of our pilot project show clearly that we created good quality courses. However, the impact of the new method on knowledge is not clear. According to the collected data the difference between both methods of education is not statistically significant but we experienced some serious problems during data acquisition and that is why the validity of the data is at least disputable. The aim of the thesis "Family house on the outskirts of the city" is the preparation of detailed documentation to build a house on land č.194 / 3, in Stračov. It is necessary to integrate the building into the surrounding buildings and it appropriately fitted into the sloping terrain. The house will always start with half a floor shift. This will follow the ideal terrain. The roof of the building will consist of two independent gabled roofs. The support will consist of ceramic bricks HELUZ. Insulated with contact insulation system. The facade colour will be off white and gray. Non-bearing part will consist of HELUZ ground system. The roof will have a concrete roofing BESK. Doors and windows are plastic Windeck color anthracite.

Evaluation of the concept "Freedom at Work" in selected companies

This bachelor thesis gathers existing knowledge about the concept of "Freedom at Work". It compares incorporation of this specific concept in companies' culture in the Czech Republic. Survey is studied on the sample of three companies. Application of the concept "freedom at work" is evaluated in each company against the theoretical basis of this concept. Application of the concept is also compared in the surveyed companies mutually.
