Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje dosavadní poznání o konceptu "svoboda v práci". Na příkladu tří konkrétních firem sleduje uplatnění tohoto konceptu v praxi v České republice. Aplikace konceptu "svoboda v práci" je v jednotlivých firmách hodnocena vůči jeho teoretickému základu. Dále je srovnávána míra uplatnění "svobody v práci" v daných zkoumaných firmách vzájemně This bachelor thesis gathers existing knowledge about the concept of "Freedom at Work". It compares incorporation of this specific concept in companies' culture in the Czech Republic. Survey is studied on the sample of three companies. Application of the concept "freedom at work" is evaluated in each company against the theoretical basis of this concept. Application of the concept is also compared in the surveyed companies mutually.
