My thesis is generally focused on employee remuneration system, however the main focus is on wage forms and their influence on emploees‘ motivation. My thesis is useful for both actual employers and future employers or casual people interested in this topic. The outcome of the research properly describes wage forms and contains suggestions for improvement of particular wage forms and contributes to overall increase in effectiveness of chosen remuneration system.

This bachelor’s thesis focus is set on performance evaluation of company Stavivo IBV s.r.o. in years 2018 until 2020, using the method of benchmarking. The first part focuses on theoretical resources needed for thesis, specifically it is basic terms and selected indicators. The second part’s intent is on introducing the main company and secondary companies, as well as elaboration of financial analysis, its indicators and comparing them using the benchmarking method. The last part focuses on my personal proposals to improve the main’s company standing on its market segment.

The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of employee satisfaction in a selected company ABC s.r.o. The theoretical part of the work presents the concepts associated with the issue of employee satisfaction. Factors examined include training and development, remuneration, employment relationships, awareness, communication and employee care itself. The aim of the work is to determine the level of employee satisfaction. Data will be obtained using a questionnaire survey and based on the results, possible changes will be proposed, leading to increased job satisfaction.

This diploma thesis is focused on setting up internal communication in the company OSCOM TRADING s.r.o.. The thesis is situated in two parts. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on communication in the company as a whole. The practical part is focused on working with the acquired knowledge. The current situation in the company is analyzed and based on the obtained data, internal communication in the company is proposed, which aims to simplify communication and not confuse employees with irrelevant information, which will positively affect the working atmosphere in the company.

The first part introduces the theoretical background necessary for the thesis. The second part is concerned with introduction of the company, analyses of the current situation, survey among the employees of the company and interview with a representative of the company’s leadership. An alteration of the current employee evaluation system and its impact on the employee remuneration is presented in the last part.
