Financial Analysis of Bobcat CZ, a.s.

The aim of this vocational work is to review the financial situation of the firm Bobcat CZ, a.s. The methods of financial analysis were applied. The subject is focused on the most important factors which influence the enterprise of the firm and also on the most considerable fluctuations in various fields of the enterprise. Results of the analysis are compared with the data of another firms from the same branch. This work tries to find reasons of the progress of individual parts in the structure of the firm. This text also summarises and discribes all used methods, and conclusions and predicts future possibilities of the enterprise in the branch.

The financial analysis of a company is a substantial instrument in the uncovering study of a financial health, credibility and ability to create the added value for the owners of the company and further partial indicators which are helpful for understanding of the present stage of the company. It may also concern the individual fluctuations and consequent results with their causes. The information capacity of the financial analysis depends to the certain extent on the used input data which we are going to use for the composition analysis. From the knowledge of this finding follows who is the beneficiary of the financial analysis or who will be the final user making decisions on the basis of this evidence. The financial analysis of PKS MONT, joint stock company was made through freely accessible data to the public, as they are published together with their update on the internet. Bearing in mind the importance of this project, which must meet the high standards in introducing it into the real situation together with providing the feedback to the already made decisions for executive directors of the particular company. Meanwhile, it was necessary to make more accurate these findings through the public data. The data correction itself could not take place without internal basic documents. The method of partial corrections has been determined on the basis of these documents. These partial corrections have led to volume eliminations which were a burden in the informational channel of the company. As the primary goal of this project was to work out the financial analysis for the need of the company management itself, it was the most suitable to choose such indicators, whose aptitudes would provide a comprehensible picture of the real situation. To meet this requirement four areas are going to be used: assessment of the property structure of the company including source coverage, the comparison of partial indicators with trends of market development and the declaration of following hypotheses, application of the modern indicators with the objective to find out the investor company potential together with meeting the owners` demands last but not least the determination of methodological procedures for the improvement of accounting records. Thanks to the methods mentioned above and with the help of the financial analysis, comprehensive insight has been reach on the company itself from the point of view of the individual within dynamic competitive environment having large potential in the coming future.

Financial analysis of company Pegas Nonwovens SA

The aim of bachelor thesis "Financial Analysis of Pegas Nonwovens SA" is to perform financial analysis of company in a period of years 2006-2008 and try to find the causes of the current situation and predict the possible future development. Bachelor thesis consists of two main parts. The first is a theoretical part needed for the efficient execution of financial analysis. In the practical part I will focus on the main objective of the work - the implementation of financial analysis. Using the both the horizontal and vertical analysis and ratio analysis of indicators. The financial analysis also includes the cash cycle analysis, cash flow analysis and calculation of indicator of economic value added (EVA). The practical part contains a description of nonwovens market and peer analysis. At the end of my work I will also focus on macroeconomic development in a period of years 2006-2008.

This paper deals with a financial analysis of the company Danone a.s. during years 2003 and 2007 from a view of external analyst. The paper is divided into a theoretical and a practical section. The theoretical section describes methods of the financial analysis that are used in the practical part. The practical section includes a horizontal and vertical analysis, ratio analysis, net working capital, cash flow analysis, ROE analysis, bankruptcy prediction models, comparison with an economic sector and with two competitors.

Financial analysis of Telefónica O2 Czech Republic

This work is analyzing the financial situation of Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. It is analyzed by most used indicator like profitability, solvency and liquidity ratios. It also uses investment valuation ratios and economic value added. The analysis is also comparing the company with its main competitors on the field of mobile communication. The assets and net profit of the company are heavily influenced by the state correction in 2003. From indicators not influenced by the correction we can tell, that financial situation was good in spite of negative net profit. The financial situation in years 2003 to 2008 is very good. Profitability ratios of the main competitor T-Mobile Czech Republic, a.s. are very similar but the researched company has been a little bit better most years. On the basis of this financial analysis I find the financial health of the company very good, with great potential.
