Tonicity adjustment of aqueous solutions of drugs. Oxymetazoline hydrochoride.

Oxymetazoline hydrochloride The aqueous solutions of drugs for ophthalmic and nasal administration should be isotonic. Tonicity adjustment is mostly performed by the freezing point depression method. The objective of this experimental thesis was to measure density, osmolality and the freezing point depression of the oxymetazoline hydrochloride solutions and to use the experimental results for estimation of the molal osmotic coefficient and the osmotic pressure of the solutions. The objective, important in practice, is to set freezing-point depression data to complete a Table VIII of the Czech Pharmacopoeia.

Objektive of the thesis: The objective of this study is to get an overview of soldiers activities of the reconnaissance platoon of HQ company of 41st mechanized battalion, located in Ţatec. To try to confirm or refute the results of my bachelor thesis, in which I found out, that soldier in reconnaissance position needs mainly endurance for his work. Methods: Main used method is the analysis time frame and creation of characteristics of the given possition in the AČR. I will conduct by standardized tests for testing of motor skills. Results: Think out tests, that best reflect the activities of soldiers of reconnaissance platoon and to determine their level of motor skills. Setting the limits of tests of physical training for selection of candidates for the reconnaissance platoon. Financial and business cycles in Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe emerging markets

This thesis analyzes development of financial and business cycles in CESEE region using the sample of 23 emerging economies over the period 1995q1- 2015q4. We report three main results. First, we identify more cases of financial cycles than business cycles. Financial cycles measured by house price ratio tend to last longer in comparison to credit cycles. Second, cross-correlation results detect high synchronization of business and financial cycles among economies. The concordance index indicate that business cycles and financial cycles are rather counter-cyclical as the index values are low in the most economies from our sample. Third, regression findings reveal that the indicators of economic activity are important in affecting the downturn duration of financial cycles. For the upturn phase are more relevant the financial development measures. The Proposal of Business Plan for Development of the Company

The purpose of this work is to create a proposal for the development of the small company named GARANT TRADING s. r. o., which sells welding, cleaning and gardening techniques and organize professional welding courses. The work is divided into the business plan for an existing company, especially for the development of welding schools in the legal form of a business limited company, and is based on their precedence, weaknesses and needs. The analysis was based on data sourced from financial statements and discussions with management. A currently considered opportunity is a purchase or rent of a welding hall in Olomouc. Detailed description of the process and proposal of a successful realization of this project is presented in this work.

Arrangement and proving of nature excursion model for students of education for health in the National park Šumava.

This thesis deals with the arrangement and proving of examples of nature excursions for the course methods of natural excursions for students of Health education in the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice, within the area of Sumava National Park and Sumava Landscape Protected Area. The model course is designed so that the graduates of this subject can gain the required theoretical and practical knowledge in organising natural excursions. The natural excursions implemented within the course support nature protection with an emphasis on explanation of how important exposure to healthy and undamaged nature is for the health of the human body and mind and soul. With the help of questionnaires it was confirmed, that the students expect to obtain theoretical and practical knowledge on this subject. The students are interested in practical training of first aid in the terrain, and learning about activities for natural excursions. The final part provides a worked detailed theoretical lecture for this subject. This thesis was developed pursuant to two years research carried out with the cooperation of the Faculty of Healh Education and the Administration of Sumava National park and Landscape Protected Area.

The First Chapter content of paper is Gustav Mahler´s personality development, family atmosphere influence on his production, time period and models influencing his work. In the second chapter I was dealing with Gustav Mahler´s song cykles in general and in particular with analysis and interpretation of "Song of wandering journeyman " and " Songs of dead children". The third chapter is closing summary of Gustav Mahler musical heritage in the world, in the Czech Republic and for next generations.
