Establishing a Marketing fund in the Czech Republic to support the agricultural and food sector

The thesis deals in its theoretical part of the Czech food market - their promotions and opportunities for improvement in the context of establishing the Marketing fund with the insipration taken from the Austrian and German models. It shows some of the proven mechanisms of applied Wine Fund of the Czech Republic. A separate chapter is devoted to the Federation of the Food and Drink Industries of the Czech Republic, which its 20 years of history inseparable part of the food market and one of the main promoters of establishing a Marketing fund in the Czech Republic. Other chapters are devoted to the Austrian model of Marketing fund (Agramarkt austriacus AMA) which works flawlessly since Austria's entry to the European Union and analysis of implementation of the Fund in the Czech environment.

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the influence of Mary Kay brand on purchase behavior of customers B2C markets thanks to the model customer-based brand equity and the model ColourMind using colour-word association method CWAT. Its aim is to evaluate perception of the brand and factors influencing behavior of customers. Theoretical part is focused on B2C markets, brand politics, customers and their attitude to shopping. Practical part deals with identification of Mary Kay company, analysis of determinants and evaluation of their influence on purchase behavior of customers.

The thesis is focused on marketing research using methods Mystery of activity in the sphere of consumer cooperatives. It outlines the development of consumer co-operatives in the Czech Republic and the historical origins of the development, from the camp. The practical part is realized in business units Unity from the camp, specifically in the stores included in the retail chain COOP TIP. Marketing research has focused on determining the level of service and quality of supply of goods. The analyzed information was the basis for the comparison of results obtained from the research of individual stores and to formulate measures to increase the effectiveness of marketing activities, consumer cooperatives Jednota, from the camp.

The theoretical part of the thesis on the topic of "Brand as an intangible asset of the company," explains and describes the main concepts, tools and methods that relate to this issue. Listed are primarily theoretical knowledge of the brand and its elements of its value, positioning and various methods used for calculation of the value of the brand. The practical part allows the use of theoretical knowledge in the field of brand valuation and subsequent application to a specific example in the context of the selected company. The aim of this section is to introduce the company EPACK Ltd. and elements of the brand, which the company uses. The last step will be presented and described the methods used valuation of intangible assets and calculated values to the methods used.

This thesis deals with the brand programmes functioning in the Czech Republic. The first part contains basic theoretical brand management grounds, marketing research and its plan creation. Furthermore there are analysed particular brand programmes on the European, national and regional level in the thesis. The following part is marketing research which is concerned with the respondents' consumable behaviour, European brand programmes knowledge and popularity of the Poutnik brewery. The final section presents recommendations whether to seek gaining the brand and proposals for disseminating protected geographical trademark "Czech beer".
