Technological stage of the rough superstructure of a residential building in Pohořelice

The aim of this bachelor‘s thesis is to process the technological stages of the execution of masonry and floor structures of the rough superstructure of a residential building in Pohořelice. It’s a newly-built four-storey building labelled B3 and it’s one of the ten residential buildings in the complex Rezidence Malý Vinohrad, located in the western part of Pohořelice town. This thesis includes a technical report of the building that focuses on the technological stage of the rough superstructure, drawing up of the construction methods used for the execution of masonry and floor structures, the time schedule and the quality control and test plans. The thesis also contains the design of construction machinery including the selection of the lifting machinery and the technical report of the building site equipment. The report includes technical drawings and item budget with a bill of quantities. It also deals with the occupational safety and health regulations and thermal bridges of the balcony constructions.
Technological Solution of a Gross Superstructure of the Apartment Building in Complex Ponava City, Brno

The subject of the bachelor thesis is tegnological construction project of a gross superstructure of the apartment building in a complex Ponava city in Brno. The building is seven-storey and has a basement. Vertical walls are partly from masonry and partly from reinforced concreate. The ceilings are from reinforced concrete and the building has a flat roof. The thesis includes a technical report, technological methods of construction, technical report of a site equipment, machine draft report, inspection and test plan, work safety and comparing different materials of vertical walls.
Detached house with the artworks shop in Vyškov

This Bachelor’s work is focused on the study and contract documents of one duplex family house with two dwelling units with artworks shop in Vyškov. The house is partly with a cellar and has three floors. A garage for both the flats belongs to the house too. The building is partly roofed with a single coat flat roof and partly with an aisle roof. The work also includes architectonical drawings, fire approval and technical appraisal of heating the house.

This diploma thesis deals with construction-technological project of mixed-use building in Olomouc. The thesis contains a technical report, the coordination situation of the construction, the time and financial plan, the study of the main technological stages, the project of site equipment, the design of the main building machines and mechanisms, the time schedule, the budget, the technology prescription for the contact thermal insulation systém, the quality control and test plan, the plan of safety and the comparison of ETICS with polystyrene and mineral wool.
Selected Parts of the Construction Technological Project of Apartment Block in Hejčín, Olomouc

The aim of the diploma thesis is selected parts of the construction project of the apartment block in Hejčín, Olomouc. It deals in detail with the most optimal design of the machine assembly, the assessment of the lifting mechanism, the equipment of the building site, the timetable and, last but not least, the itemized budget of the structural work of the apartment block. The work is based on the technical documentation from the borrowed project documentation.
Design of a new production line

This diploma thesis deals with the project of implementing a production line in a selected company dealing with the recycling of plastic waste and the production of rPET flakes as a secondary raw material for the production of plastic products. First, it deals with the description of the current state and the production process in the company, including the layout of the equipment, and then defines the requirements for the project by the management of the company and individual shareholders of the company. Defining the requirements for the project and at the same time the method of obtaining key information took place on the basis of in-depth interviews with the interested parties of this project, while a pilot design of the layout of the machinery was created, including a description of the technology and a flowchart of the required production process. The main content of the design part is the creation of a proposal for a possible implementation of the production line using a network diagram using the PERT method, which indicates that the duration of the project was calculated to be 106.6 days. Together with the network diagram of the project, an analysis and proposals for managing the risks of this project were prepared. At the end of the draft chapter, a financial analysis of the project's payback period was carried out, as the condition of a payback period of 3-5 years must be met in order for the project to be approved by the shareholders, which this project fulfilled in all three expected progress scenarios.
Optimization of green roof construction

The dissertation deals with mapping the current situation in the formation of layers of flat vegetation roofs. The work describes in detail the current technology of construction of green roofs. There are also chapters devoted to the analysis of the financial and time intensity of the construction of green roofs and the determination of working standard hours for the construction of an extensive green roof. Another goal of this dissertation is to optimize the construction process of construction of green extensive roofs, which was achieved by creating a new type of prefabricated ecological extensive panel for the construction of green roofs. This panel, as well as the course of its construction in the work is described in detail and then compared with the classic extensive layer in terms of construction time, retention and technological process designed for the construction of the green roof itself.

The project includes a technical report on the construction technology project, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the main building, design and assessment of construction routes, construction equipment project, financial and construction schedule, machine design, schedule and budget of the main building, control and test plan for foundation structures, and occupational safety and health.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze the recycling of plastics and the analysis of the recycling process of PET bottles in the company PETKA CZ, a.s. In the last analysis of the work influencing the ways to obtain input material for the production of recycling from PET bottles, management of plastic waste, proposals for improving the production of this company and at the same time the possibilities of reducing waste in the production of recycling. Furthermore, this work describes the legislative regulation of environmental protection, general principles of recycling, how to recycle the company PETKA CZ, a.s. It currently determines and at the same time how we could recycle this to use in the future.
Construction Technological Project of a Heat Feeder in South Bohemia

The subject of the diploma thesis is a technological construction project of heat feeder on the hot water pipeline between České Budějovice and nuclear power plant Temelín. The main object is an industrial hall made of steel and brick administrative part. The hall is a steel structure clad with sandwich panels. The administrative part is single-storey building from bricks and has a flat roof. The construction also includes an access road with car park.
