Two-generation family house
Tobiášek, Pavel ; Dohnal, Jakub (referee) ; Utíkalová, Ivana (advisor)
The content of the bachelor thesis involves the design of project documentation for a family house at the stage of building permit. The house is designed as a two-generation house for grandparents and a family of four. The building is situated on a flat plot in a newly developed residential area. In the structure is consists one underground and two above-ground floors. The family house is founded on strip foundations and a slab. The structural system is wall-based. The basement is made of reinforced concrete masonry, while the above-ground floors are constructed using a timber frame made of DEK wooden panels. Horizontal structures are reinforced concrete above the basement and wooden above the first and second floors. The roof consists of layers resting on these wooden structures. The roof assembly is flat with a final layer of shingles. The drawing section was processed using the Revit and AutoCAD software from AutoDesk.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the development of detailed design documentation for a family house situated on a slope in the village of Přílepy. The house is intended to serve as a permanent residence for a family of four. It is a two-storey detached building featuring a flat green roof and includes a garage for two cars. The property is set on gently sloping ground with a gradient from northeast to southwest. The floor plan of the house is a simple rectangular shape with a partially protruding section. The building is founded on a strip foundation, and the vertical perimeter structures are designed using the Porotherm system with a contact insulation system. Horizontal structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete. The individual floors are connected by a monolithic reinforced concrete two-arm staircase.
Apartment build Concreto

The first, second, and third floors contain residential units. A total of 21 residential units have been designed. The building has a flat single-layer roof with gravel. The structural system of the building is a skeleton frame, consisting of prefabricated reinforced concrete columns, beams, and braces. The exterior walls are made of brick blocks with an ETICS contact insulation system. Another significant structural element is the core with the elevator shaft. The horizontal structures are formed by SPIROLL ceiling panels. The building is founded on prefabricated cup footings placed on monolithic piles. The bachelor thesis includes project documentation for construction implementation.
Apartment building
Pokorný, Václav ; Utíkal, Aleš (referee) ; Utíkalová, Ivana (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the design of apartment building and the development of project documentation at the level of documentation for construction building. The new apartment building is located on the outskirts of Jihlava in the Helenín district. The building is designed as five floors building with a partial basement. It contains 12 apartment units with dispositions of 2+kk, 3+kk, 5+kk, which complement cellar cubicles and common areas for the residents of the building. The entrance to the building is located on the north side of the building. Vertical load-bearing and non-load bearing walls are designed from ceramic blocks of the POROTHERM system. The walls of the lift shaft are designed as cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The ETICS insulation contact system will be used to insulate the building. The foundation strips are designed from plain concrete and are connected to the partial basement part of the building with gradations. The foundation slab under the lift landing is designed from reinforced concrete. The horizontal structures are designed as cast-in-place reinforced concrete two-way slab and cantilever slab (at loggias). The roof of the building is designed as a single flat green roof (extensive). Within part of bachelor’s thesis is too designed construction physics and the fire safety solution of the building. Materials and colours were selected in accordance with the surrounding buildings.
DUE Seifert's residence
Smolka, Ondřej ; Utíkalová, Ivana (referee) ; Dohnal, Jakub (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor thesis is the project documentation for the construction of a residential building located in the city district of Brno - Lesná at the intersection of Nejedlého and Seifertova streets. It is a building for housing with one underground floor and eight above-ground floors with the last floor stepped to create a terrace. The basement is used as a collective garage including technical rooms primarily for the ventilation of the garage. On the first floor there are technical facilities and a second bulk garage. In the remaining seven floors there are residential units of sizes 1 bedroom and 3 bedroom. The building has two reinforced concrete monolithic cores, where each of them has a staircase and two lifts. The structural system of the building is designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton with load-bearing columns and ceiling slabs without penetrations. The building is based on 900 mm diameter piles, a watertight reinforced concrete white bath and a foundation slab. Primarily acoustic brick blocks are used for the infill non-loadbearing masonry perimeter and interior walls. The roofs of the building are designed to be flat, the main roof over the top floor is with a PVC sheeting and the roof over the first floor of the stepped storey is with a ductile sheeting. The content and design of the proposed work also provides for a planned dilated adjacent residential building that shares a basement with the main building, has four floors above ground and is situated perpendicular to the residential building under consideration.

Vertical green walls
Utíkalová, Ivana ; Dulenčín, Juraj (referee) ; Novotný, Marek (referee) ; Košíčková, Ivana (advisor)
ABSTRACT The concepts of vertical gardens, vertical walls, green walls, living walls or green faca-des can be referred to as vertical plantations for planting the walls or columns of various objects. They are defined under the name of vertically situated plant plantings, which, according to the used plant taxa, can be applied both indoors and outdoors. Contemporary architecture is increasingly looking for ways to return greenery to human settlements, and vertical gardens are one of the solutions that can respond to the lack of free space for greenery, especially when solving development within settlements and return at least part of nature to the interior of cities and municipalities. Last but not least, the system solutions of vertical gardens for the creation of vegetation vertical walls in the interior and on the facades of buildings offer the possibility of making vari-ous and architecturally interesting areas, permanently overgrown with vegetation. The dissertation deals with the topic of greening facades, especially using systems not associated with open ground - the so-called vertical gardens. Since the knowledge on this issue is still poorly documented and the implementation of green facades of the-se systems in our country is not much, based on these facts, I decided to create my own real model of the facade system of vertical vegetation walls in the climatic conditions of the Czech Republic with local taxa. plants. In the initial phase of the work, an analysis of the available green wall systems is performed and a planar panel of the vertical green wall is designed. In the next phase, the influence of these walls on the temperature of the perimeter cladding and the surroundings of the building in comparison with the fa-cade without greenery is verified by monitoring the growth of plants and measuring the temperatures on the green facade of a specific building. The evaluation of the experiments and the acquired knowledge provided informati-on on how t
