Předmětem bakalářské práce je projektová dokumentace pro provedení stavby bytového domu umístěného v městské části Brno – Lesná na křížení ulic Nejedlého a Seifertova. Jedná se o objekt pro bydlení s jedním podzemním patrem a osmi nadzemními patry s uskočeným posledním podlažím pro účel vytvoření terasy. Suterén slouží jako hromadná garáž včetně technických místností primárně pro vzduchotechniku provozního větrání garáže. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nacházi technické zázemí a druhá hromadná garáž. Ve zbývajících sedmi podlažích jsou bytové jednotky o velikostech 1kk a 3kk. Budova má dvě železobetonová monolitická jádra, kde se v každém z nich nachází schodiště a dva výtahy. Konstrukční systém objektu je navržen jako železobetonový monolitický skelet s nosnými sloupy a stropními deskami bez průvlaků. Objekt je založen na pilotách o průměru 900 mm, vodonepropustné železobetonové bílé vaně a základové desce. Pro výplňové nenosné zdivo obvodové i vnitřní jsou použity primárně akustické cihelné bloky. Střechy objektu jsou navrženy jako ploché, hlavní střecha nad posledním patrem je s pochozí PVC fólií a střecha nad prvním patrem uskočeného podlaží s kačírkovou vrstvou. Obsah a řešení návrhu práce počítá i s plánovaným dilatovaným sousedním objektem pro bydlení, který má společný suterén s hlavním řešeným objektem, má čtyři nadzemní patra a je situován kolmo na řešený bytový dům. The subject of the bachelor thesis is the project documentation for the construction of a residential building located in the city district of Brno - Lesná at the intersection of Nejedlého and Seifertova streets. It is a building for housing with one underground floor and eight above-ground floors with the last floor stepped to create a terrace. The basement is used as a collective garage including technical rooms primarily for the ventilation of the garage. On the first floor there are technical facilities and a second bulk garage. In the remaining seven floors there are residential units of sizes 1 bedroom and 3 bedroom. The building has two reinforced concrete monolithic cores, where each of them has a staircase and two lifts. The structural system of the building is designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton with load-bearing columns and ceiling slabs without penetrations. The building is based on 900 mm diameter piles, a watertight reinforced concrete white bath and a foundation slab. Primarily acoustic brick blocks are used for the infill non-loadbearing masonry perimeter and interior walls. The roofs of the building are designed to be flat, the main roof over the top floor is with a PVC sheeting and the roof over the first floor of the stepped storey is with a ductile sheeting. The content and design of the proposed work also provides for a planned dilated adjacent residential building that shares a basement with the main building, has four floors above ground and is situated perpendicular to the residential building under consideration.
