Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh BD a vypracování projektové dokumentace na úrovni dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Novostavba bytového domu stojí na okraji města Jihlavy v městské části Helenín. Objekt je navržen jako pětipodlažní a částečně podsklepený. Obsahuje 12 bytových jednotek s dispozicemi 2+kk, 3+kk, 5+kk, které doplňují sklepní kóje a společné prostory pro obyvatele domu. Vchod do budovy se nachází na severní straně objektu. Svislé nosné a nenosné stěny jsou navrženy z keramických tvárnic systému POROTHERM. Stěny výtahové šachty jsou navrženy jako ŽB monolitické. K zateplení objektu bude využit kontaktní zateplovací systém ETICS. Základové pásy jsou navrženy z prostého betonu a s odstupňováním jsou napojeny na částečně podsklepenou část objektu. Základová deska pod dojezdem výtahu je navržena z železobetonu. Vodorovné konstrukce jsou navrženy jako ŽB monolitické křížem armované a konzolové desky (u lodžií). Střecha objektu navržena jako plochá střecha jednoplášťová vegetační (extenzivní). V rámci bakalářské práce je dále řešena stavební fyzika a požárně bezpečnostní řešení objektu. Materiály a barvy vybrány v potaz s okolní zástavbou. The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the design of apartment building and the development of project documentation at the level of documentation for construction building. The new apartment building is located on the outskirts of Jihlava in the Helenín district. The building is designed as five floors building with a partial basement. It contains 12 apartment units with dispositions of 2+kk, 3+kk, 5+kk, which complement cellar cubicles and common areas for the residents of the building. The entrance to the building is located on the north side of the building. Vertical load-bearing and non-load bearing walls are designed from ceramic blocks of the POROTHERM system. The walls of the lift shaft are designed as cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The ETICS insulation contact system will be used to insulate the building. The foundation strips are designed from plain concrete and are connected to the partial basement part of the building with gradations. The foundation slab under the lift landing is designed from reinforced concrete. The horizontal structures are designed as cast-in-place reinforced concrete two-way slab and cantilever slab (at loggias). The roof of the building is designed as a single flat green roof (extensive). Within part of bachelor’s thesis is too designed construction physics and the fire safety solution of the building. Materials and colours were selected in accordance with the surrounding buildings.
