Kindergarten climate as a starting point for a child - centred model

The thesis deals with the climate in kindergarten and the personality-oriented model. The aim of the thesis is to explore the relationship between the kindergarten climate and the personality-oriented philosophy. In a narrower focus, the thesis examines personal well-being, the setting of the kindergarten teacher, and her interaction with the children. In the theoretical part, the author defines the concept of school climate, personal well-being, the personality- oriented model and its characteristics, the personality of the child, the personality of the teacher, and the relationships in kindergarten in connection with the implementation of the personality-oriented model. In the research part, the correlation and interconnectedness of these relationships are examined in the operation of three selected kindergartens. The correlations are examined through classroom observations and based on individual interviews with teachers and school principals. The collected data show different settings and approaches in individual schools and classrooms, various methods of work and communication of teachers with children, and also a different depth of understanding of the topic of the personality-oriented model. The History and Development of the Waldorf School in Prague in the Years 1990 - 2022

This diploma thesis deals with the historical context and reasons for the development of alternative education in Czechoslovakia after 1989, including legislative changes which enabled the implementation of alternative schools. The main focus is on the emergence of Waldorf schools, which are one type of education of the alternative reform movement. The aim of the thesis is to determine the motivation of the founders and to map the circumstances of the establishment of Waldorf schools in Czechoslovakia after 1989. Special attention is paid to the research of the establishment and development of the Waldorf school in Prague 4. The diploma thesis has the character of qualitative research. In order to fulfil the objectives, methods of analysis and synthesis have been applied during the examination of legislative and official documents as well as in the evaluation and comparison of interviews. Oral history methods, specifically interviews with eyewitnesses, have been employed to ascertain the authentic perspectives of the witnesses of the beginnings of Waldorf education in Czechoslovakia after 1989. Does the child hero change? The change of value orientation concerning a pupil of a younger school age.

The thesis focuses on the value orientation of the first grade student in search of behavioural patterns and his future direction. In the theoretical part, it defines the pupil from the perspective of developmental psychology, especially on briefly describing the development of thinking, perception, speech, emotional and social development and the evolution of oral reasoning. It describes the differences in the development and behaviour of girls and boys. It discusses value theory in general and in relation to pupils of primary school age. It focuses at the various influences which shape pupils and which may alter their decision-making. In the empirical part, it investigates by a questionnaire survey the pupil's preferences in search of a child hero, the pupil's value ranking and his moral attitudes. The questionnaire investigation is complemented by two classworks with one class, the first of which preceded the questionnaire investigation and the second of which complemented it. The empirical part concludes with a comparison of the results with those of previous surveys. The hypothesis that pupils would look for their behavioural patterns most in virtual environments was not confirmed. The diploma thesis is focused on the creation of measures which lead to the competitiveness increase. It clarifies the terms in the competitiveness and competitive advantage field. It observes the Mironet.cz company, which is specialized in the sale of information technology devices, and it analyzes the company environment. On the basis of analyses, measures leading to competitiveness increase of the company observed are suggested.
Proposal of an Educational Programme for Employees in the Course of Implementation of Bar Codes at the UHS JAKOS Company

This thesis deals with proposal for an education program for employees of UHS JAKOS, a.s. which implemented a new information system 3 year ago and because of this they are planning to implement a bar codes. The analysis was realized by questionnaire survey between the employees who will work with the bar codes. The thesis is divided into 3 sections. The first section is theoretical and describes an education as process of change during implementing the bar codes. Next is analysis section which describes a current situation in the company by questionnaire. At the end it focuses on proposal of education program which will get easy the implementing of code bars.
Contemporary Trends in Early Childhood Education and Care in England

This paper examines current trends and developments in the early childhood care and education system in England. The aim of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive understanding of English early childhood education. The thesis focuses on the current anchoring of early childhood care and education in the English education system. It provides an analysis and deeper insight into the circumstances of the emergence, progress and direction of current reforms and trends. The thesis is framed by a qualitative research paradigm while the research design is a single country case study using content analysis of documents, semi-structured expert interviews and participant observation. The thesis captures the historical background to English early childhood education and its influence on the creation of the current situation. It has focused on analysis of external (European) and internal influences on educational policy in England and their reflection in curriculum development documents. The thesis also thematises the developments in workforce policy and their impact on the contemporary situation of early years professionals. Development of the school in the Louňovice pod Blaníkem in historical and regional context

The thesis "Development of the School in Louňovice pod Blaníkem in Historical-Regional Context" aims to map the emergence and evolution of the school in Louňovice pod Blaníkem against the backdrop of the region, examining the development and characteristics of the municipality within its own historical context. The political and educational context in relation to the educational laws of the studied period is also considered. The methods employed in this thesis include source analysis, inductive and deductive methods, and the project method. The historical section describes the regional, historical, and economic development of the municipality, as well as the establishment and evolution of the school throughout history.The practical part focuses on a demonstration of project-based teaching in the third year. The aim is to bring students closer to the history of the school and the township, allowing them to process acquired information through experiential learning. The outcome of the thesis is a summary of the historical development of the township and school in Louňovice pod Blaníkem, along with the implementation of the project "School: Past and Present." The diploma thesis introduces the 5th grade students to the history of the place that is located in the area close to the school. With the help of the project, and therefore their own research, the pupils will discover the period of the 19th century through the life and work of Karel Jaromír Erben. Since the school is located near the Olšan Cemetery in Prague, the beginning and the end of the project are at these cemeteries, where K. J. Erben is buried. The work is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part, will be presented information about the situation in the 19th century. How Czechs and other nationalities lived before and after 1848. The work focuses on the important patriot Karel Jaromír Erben, who lived in the mentioned times and his work, which is still known to the general public. At the same time, the work also focuses on the pupil and the goals that are based on the RVP. The knowledge gained from the theoretical part will serve as the basis for the practical part. In the practical part, the work is directly focused on a specific project. Its plan, implementation, evaluation, reflection and self-reflection.
