This bachelor's thesis deals with the measurement and evaluation of the financial performance of Mirai Intex, s.r.o. in the period 2018–2022. The work is structured into three main parts. In the theoretical section, various methods of financial analysis and related indicators are described in detail. The second part focuses on the analysis of the current situation of the company using the methodology presented in the theoretical part. The third part of the bachelor's thesis contains proposed solutions for improving the current situation in society, which should contribute to strengthening the financial health of the company.

Suggestions for Improving Motivation in the Selected Company

The thesis is divided into 2 parts. The first theoretical part contains the theoretical aspect of the target issue related to employee motivation and motivational factors, where I present the basic knowledge in these areas, which helps to further develop the work. The practical part contains an evaluation of the current situation of the company in terms of employee motivation through a survey. Taking into account the results and findings, I then develop a proposal for improving employee motivation in the company, which can be used by the company in practice to increase employee productivity.

Bachelor’s theses focuses on measuring and evaluating the performance of GIENGER, Ltd. for the period between 2019 and 2022. The thesis consists of three parts In the first part, the teoretical starting points are defined, where performance, financial analysis and performance evaluation methods are explained. The second part of the thesis focuses on application of financial analysis to the selected company and the evaluation of the results. The last part contains suggestions for improving the performance of the company based on the financial analysis.

Evaluation of the financial situation in a specific company

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the financial situation of the company "Koření, s.r.o." in the period 2018-2022. The first part focuses on the theory required for financial analysis itself. The analytical part deals with the analysis of Koření, s.r.o. and its competitor Pěkný-Unimex, s.r.o., some of the results of the two companies are further compared with each other. Data for financial analysis are used from financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow and internal company information) for each year. The last part is focused on my created proposals to improve the financial situation of the company.

The analytical part presents a specific company and then a financial analysis is performed based on the information from the theoretical part. In the final part, proposals for improving the overall situation of the selected company are presented.

The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first theoretical part of this thesis contains the literature research necessary for the second analytical part. In the analytical part, the financial statements of the company for the period 2018-2022 are analysed using financial analysis. The last propositional part is focused on the elaboration of proposals that will help DHZ RAMPA, s.r.o. to improve the financial situation of the Laskala guesthouse.

The bachelor thesis deals in detail with the issue of reconciling personal and professional life. This thesis is structured in three main parts. The first part focuses on the theoretical foundations, where knowledge about the reconciliation of personal and professional life is presented, as well as the processes involved in this reconciliation. The second part deals with a detailed introduction of the analyzed enterprise, provides an overview of its economic situation and includes the results of a questionnaire survey involving employees of the enterprise in the finance department and employees of other enterprises. The third part presents 3 concrete proposals based on the analysis of the questionnaire survey. These suggestions are aimed at improving the work-life balance of employees, which could help to achieve a better balance.
