Mandatorní výdaje jsou zcela v dominanci na výdajové straně veřejných financí. Pozornost je věnována mandatorním výdajům, které souvisejí s podporou a rozvojem bydlení. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je tedy analyzovat dopad státní podpory stavebního spoření a hypotečních úvěrů na výdajovou stránku státního rozpočtu. Další část práce se věnuje analýze statistické závislosti mezi poskytnutými úvěry ze stavebního spoření a zahájení nové bytové výstavby. The mandatory expenditures are dominating the public finance expenditures. I was focussing on mandatory expenditures that are connected with housing development and benefits. The main goal of the paper is to analyze the impact of the state building savings relief and mortgage on national budget expenditures. I am also analyzing the statistical dependencies between provided credits of building savings and initiation of new residential construction in the subsequent part of the paper.
