Bakalářská práce poskytuje pohled na výrobní proces podniku se zaměřením na systém plánování od okamžiku přijetí zakázky až po její dokončení. Na základě získaných informací se snaží najít slabá místa systému plánování a navrhnout možné kroky pro zlepšení současného stavu. Tato práce upozorňuje na nedostatky implementovaného softwarového produktu pro plánování a nedostatek tvůrčích a zkušených pracovníků pro zlepšení plánování. The bachelor thesis describes the production process and focuses on the system of planning from the point of acceptance of the order to its completion. On the basis of obtained facts it is possible to find weaknesses of system of planning the production and it tries to suggest possible steps to improve the present situation. This thesis draws attention both to the shortcomings of software for planning the production and the lack of creative and experienced workers.
