Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou budoucího vstupu absolventů středních ekonomických škol na trh práce. Zabývá se tím, jaké znalosti a dovednosti by studenti měli získat, aby byli připraveni zapojit se bez větších problémů do pracovního procesu. Zároveň přináší doporučení pro lepší přípravu žáků. This diploma thesis is concerned with the entry of economical secondary school graduates into the labour market. It explores the knowledge and abilities (know-how) that the students should acquire to be able to enter their jobs successfully, without significant difficulties. The thesis also provides recommendations for better preparation of students.
