Tato bakalářská práce rozebírá problematiku finančního účetnictví a výkaznictví ve dvou členských státech EU. V úvodu je vysvětlen význam výkaznictví pro finanční účetnictví. Druhá část se zaměřuje na účetnictví v České Republice a jsou zde analyzována právní úprava účetnictví v ČR. Třetí část objasňuje právní úprava účetnictví v Rumunsku a faktory působící na regulace finančního výkaznictví. Závěr obsahuje srovnání finančního výkaznictví ČR a Rumunsko, podrobně popisuje rozdíly ve vykazování. In the introduction explains the importance of reporting for financial accounting. The second part focuses on accounting in the Czech Republic and analyzing of accounting legislation. The third part is about the rules of accounting in Romania and the factors acting on the regulation of financial reporting. The conclusion contains a comparison of financial reporting in the Czech Republic and Romania, describes in detail the differences in reporting and accounting legislation.
