Práce vysvětluje základní pojmy krizového managementu, analyzuje příčiny závažných havárií a také požadavky vyplývající ze zákona pro průmyslové podniky, ve kterých se nacházejí nebezpečné látky jako potenciální zdroj rizika. Dále analyzuje nejpoužívanější metody a nástroje risk managementu, které zajišťují splnění jak zákonných, tak především bezpečnostních požadavků kladených na průmyslové podniky, zejména pak na podniky chemického průmyslu. Následně na praktickém příkladě dokladuje využití a uplatnění metod a nástrojů řízení rizik zajišťujících splnění zákonných i bezpečnostních nároků v podniku chemického průmyslu. The bachelor paper explains the basic terms of crisis management and analyses the causes of severe collisions as well as the law requirements for industrial factories, in which some dangerous chemicals can be recognized as a potential source of hazards. Further analysis explores the most used methods of risk management that ensure the compliance of law requirements and more over the safety requirements imposed on the industrial companies, primarily those in the chemical industry. Consequently, the analytical part is followed by a specific example that shows the use of specified methods of risk management in a company operating in the chemical industry.
