Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu důchodových systémů a návrhů na jejich reformu České republiky a Německa, které jsou vybudovány na stejném principu průběžného financování. Bez ohledu na tuto skutečnost bude snahou prokázat a poukázat na společné či odlišné znaky obou systémů. Již po dlouhá staletí sehrálo Německo v českých dějinách významnou roli, která je neodmyslitelná. Je možné tvrdit, že jako jeden z faktorů přispělo k průběhu takových dějin, které zajistily českou přítomnost. A proto se bude skutečnost vzájemné propojenosti, konkrétně v oblasti důchodových systému, snažit prokázat tato práce. Analýzou budou vyzdviženy shody a rozdíly v historickém vývoji, v současné struktuře systémů, ale také v doposud přijatých reformních krocích a politických návrzích pro vývoj do budoucnosti. První část práce se zabývá teoretickou základnou problematiky, která je potřebná pro další analýzu. Druhá část pak již konkrétně srovnává důchodové systémy České republiky a Německa. This paper targets the analysis of pensionable systems and proposals for their reformation for Czech Republic and Germany. These systems are built up on the same principle - continuous financing. Regardless this facticity my endeavour is to prove and to point out to similar and different characters of these systems. For centuries Germany have played very important role in Czech history. We can say that Germany affected today's present in our republic. This paper tries to show mutual coherence between these two pensionable systems. My analysis accentuates conformity and difference in historical development, contemporary structure of these systems, instituted reforms and political proposals for future development. The first part analyzes basic theory. The second part compares pensionable systems in Czech Republic and in Germany.
