Bakalářská práce se zabývá podrobným studiem finančních situace společnosti Skanska CZ a.s. během pětiletého období a jeho zhodnocení v návaznosti na stavební obor. Práce seznámí čternáře se základy finanční analýzy a na příkladu ukazuje postup jakým se jednotlivé finanční ukazatele vyhodnocují. The bachelor study engages in detail description of financial situation of a company Skanska CZ a.s during the five-years period with the main orientation on financial indicators. The study serves as an exapmle of practical way how the financial analysis is prepared and also evaluated according to the calculated indicators.
