Práce se zabývá procesem tvorby a zavádění Standardů kvality sociálních služeb na příkladu Standardu kvality 3 do běžné praxe sociálních pracovnic a pracovníka organizace La Strada ČR a zároveň má upozornit na podstatné souvislosti nutné pro proces tvorby. Teoretická část se opírá o rámce organizace La Strada, sociální management a řízení lidských zdrojů, Standardy kvality sociálních služeb a metodiku Standardu kvality 3 týkajícího se jednání se zájemcem o službu. Praktická část si klade za cíl zjistit, na základě rozhovorů se sociálními pracovnicemi a pracovníkem organizace, praktickou využitelnost metodiky při práci s klientelou. The thesis focuses on the process of creation and implementation of Social Services Quality Standard based on the example of Standard 3 in the everyday work of La Strada Czech Republic{\crq}s social workers and points out aspects that are essential to be considered in its development. The theoretical part is based on the La Strada philosophy, social and personnel management, Social Services Quality Standards and on the methodology of the quality standard relating to the dealings with seekers of social services. Based on interviews with the organization{\crq}s social workers, the practical part then aims to assess the practical value of the methodology in dealings with clients.
