Ekonomie životního prostředí je aktuálním tématem současné ekonomie. Do této oblasti spadá i optimalizace financování ochrany krajiny a její návrat do rovnovážného stavu po ukončení těžby. Práce "Návrh metodiky vytváření zákonných rezerv na sanace a rekultivace území dotčených povrchovým dobýváním nerostných surovin" mapuje současné postupy při vytváření finančních rezerv na sanace a rekultivace. Zaměřuje se na povrchovou těžbu a to jak malých tak i velkých ložisek. Analýza jednotlivých postupů je provedena porovnáváním kladů a záporů. Metoda by měla být optimální, jak z hlediska organizací, tak i zájmů státu. Možné situace jsou popsány na názorných grafech, které rovněž do dostatečné hloubky rozebírají danou problematiku. Práce se opírá zejména o zákony a předpisy. Závěrem docházím k tomu, že neexistuje žádná univerzální optimální metoda tvorby rezerv všeobecně aplikovatelná na všechny typy ložisek, vždy musí být přihlédnuto ke konkrétním podmínkám s provedením potřebných analýz. Economics of the environment is a topical issue of contemporary economics. This includes optimization of financing landscape protection and return to its equilibrium state after extraction. The work "Design methodology for the creation of statutory reserves for remediation and reclamation of areas affected by surface mining" maps current practices in the creation of financial reserves for remediation and reclamation. It focuses on surface mining both small and large bearings. Analysis of procedure is performed by comparing the pros and cons. The method should be optimal in terms of both organizations and interests of the state. Possible situations are described by illustrative graphs, which is likewise sufficient depth discuss the issue. The thesis is mainly based on laws and regulations. In conclusion I come to the fact that there are no universal optimal methods of reserves generally applicable to all types of bearings, it has to always be taken into account the specific conditions needed to carry out analysis.
