Práce se věnuje komplexní problematice řízení multikulturních týmů v české pobočce nadnárodní společnosti Hilti. Jejím hlavním cílem je výběr vhodného teoretického modelu, který by byl prakticky zaveden v rámci organizační kultury společnosti a pomohl tak zvýšit povědomí a i toleranci v rámci spolupráce a komunikace interkulturních týmů. To by ve výsledku mělo přispět k vyšší výkonnosti multikulturních týmů fungujících ve společnosti. První část se věnuje teorii a objasňuje blíže především pojmy kultura, tým a komunikace. Současně prezentuje vybrané teoretické přístupy k řízení multikulturních týmů. Praktická část pak prostřednictvím pozorování a hloubkových individuálních rozhovorů přibližuje současnou situaci ve firmě. V závěru práce je prezentován model vytvořený na základě teorie a praktických poznatků tak, aby vyhovoval organizační kultuře společnosti. This thesis focuses on the complex topic of managing multicultural teams in Hilti -- specifically Market Organization Czech Republic. The main goal is to chose a suitable theoretical model, which could be implemented as a part of the corporate culture of Hilti. It should increase the awareness and tolerance while working as a part of a multicultural team. As a result, the efficiency of multicultural teams in Hilti should increase. The first part focuses on theoretical background -- especially on culture, teams and communication. It also presents several approaches to managing multicultural teams. The second part reveals the current situation in the company through observation and individual discussions. As a result, model based on theory and the results of my observations, is presented.
