[cze][eng] Cílem této bakalářské práce je definovat a ověřit postupy pro vybudování reprezentativního a úspěšného zastoupení firmy na sociální síti spolu s popsáním aktuální situace v oblasti sociálních sítí v ČR i ve světě. Práce nejdříve definuje obecné a filosofické pozadí nových médií a aktuálního vývoje internetu. Následuje historický vývoj sociálních sítí a popsání majoritních subjektů ve světě a v ČR pro tuto oblast. Dále určuje Facebook jako nejvíce relevantní sociální síť pro firemní působení v oblasti nových médií. Tato síť tak slouží jako základ definování základních pravidel a postupů pro úspěšné a reprezentativní zastoupení. Hlavními myšlenkami jsou nutnost dodržovat přiměřené množství, zachovat relevanci a informační hodnotu příspěvků a respektovat názory a přání uživatele. Následný výzkum mezi uživateli zkoumá jejich přístup k soukromí a sdílení informací na sociálních sítích. Výsledek ukazuje, že většina uživatelů výrazně rozlišuje druh informací a okruh, ve kterém jsou sdíleny. V posledním bodě teoretické části jsou prezentovány různé možnosti využití pro firmy a podporu jejich činnosti. Praktická část ověřuje využití závěrů teoretické části a jejich praktickou účinnost na příkladu festivalu Rock for People. Zastoupení na sociálních sítích tohoto festivalu je pod správou agentury Social Visage, která se na tuto oblast specializuje. Výsledkem celé práce je ověření úvah a definic, které při praktickém užití, v případě Rock for People a při další činnosti Social Visage, měly a mají reálné výsledky.This thesis defines and then verifies procedures of establishing a representative and successful representation of a firm on social networks. It also describes the current situation in the Czech Republic and abroad. In the first part, this document examines general and philosophical background of new media and current development of the Internet. Following part describes the history and defines the most important social networks all over the world and in the Czech Republic. Subsequently, Facebook is determined as the most important and relevant social network for business activities in terms of new media. That is why it was used for explanation of basic rules and procedures of successful business activities on social networks. The main ideas are to comply with a reasonable amount, to maintain relevance and information value of messages and to respect opinions and wishes of all users. The following part is focused on user's privacy and information sharing on social networks. The results of the research show that most users limit the range in which they share information and differentiate between different types of the information. Different possibilities of using social networks for businesses and supporting their activities are presented in the last part of the theoretical section. The practical section demonstrates use of the procedures defined in the theoretical part and their specific effects and outcomes through example of Rock for People festival. In terms of social networks, the festival is under the administration of Agency of Social Visage, which provided materials and data for this document. The outcome of the whole thesis is to confirm correctness, considerations and definitions. In the case of Rock for People festival, Social Visage achieved real outcomes using these considerations and definitions.
