Mezi hlavní cíle této diplomové práce patří identifikace provozních nepravidelností, se kterými se může obyčejný cestující setkat v letecké dopravě, nastínit co je způsobuje a charakterizovat jejich přímý vliv na cestující v letecké dopravě v rámci celé Evropy. Dále se zde zaměřím na obranu proti těmto nečekaným nebo záměrným nepravidelnostem, které má k dispozici standartní občan Evropské Unie, ale zároveň i samotný letecký dopravce. Metody, které zde hodlám použít a realizovat, vychází z mé vlastní zkušenosti a praxe, a vychází především ze spolupráce s externími subjekty, které se této problematice věnují. Závěrem této diplomové páce, by měl být jasný postup a struktura, která jednoznačně určí, kdy a za jakých podmínek je za provozní nepravidelnost odpovědný letecký přepravce a zároveň jaké povinnosti mu plynou vůči svým zákazníkům, tedy cestujícím v letecké dopravě. The main objectives of this thesis are identification of operating irregularity which can be met in air transport by common traveler, outline cause of these irregularities and characterize direct influence on traveler in air transport within whole Europe. Then I focus on defence against these unexpected or deliberate irregularities, which are available for standard citizen of European Union but also for every carrier. Methods which I going to use and realize in this thesis are based on my own experience and practice which is especially based on cooperation with external subjects. External subjects deal with this issues. In conclusion of this thesis should be a clear proces and structure which clearly determine when and under what conditions is carrier responsible for irregularity and simultaneously when traveler have a right for compensation.
