Práce pojednává o specifických problémech financí podniku v nadnárodní společnosti. Vattenfall je švédská společnost působící v energetice a je v mnoha ohledech podobná skupině ČEZ. Má za sebou expanzivní politiku a v současnosti své aktivity konsoliduje. Práce rozebírá jednotlivé faktory, které v takovéto společnosti ovlivňují fungování financí podniku. Velký důraz je kladen na roli měkkých faktorů. Paper discusses specific issues of corporate finance in multinational company. Vattenfall is Swedish company from utilities sector and is in many ways similar to ČEZ group. It expanded on a large scale and in present consolidates its activities. Paper covers particular factors, which influence corporate finance in such a company. Big emphasis is put on a role of soft factors.
