Cílem mé bakalářské práce je hodnocení příjmové nerovnosti mužů a žen v České republice a vyhledávání faktorů, které s ní souvisí. V teoretické části popisuje ukazatele pomocí, kterých lze rozdíly platů měřit. V praktické části se za pomocí grafů a tabulek snažím objasnit vliv vzdělání a věku pracujícího, typu zaměstnání či místa, kde jej vykonává na výši mzdy. The aim of my bachelor's thesis is an evaluation of income disparity of men and women in the Czech Republic and finding factors related to it. Theoretical part describes the characteristics by which salary differences can be measured. In the practical part, using graphs and tables, I am trying to clarify the influence of education and age of workers, type of employment or place of work to the amount of salary.
