Bakalářská práce se zabývá představením rámce ITIL v3, souboru publikací, pro řízení informatiky. Tento soubor publikací obsahuje nejlepší praktiky v řízení ICT (informační a komunikační technologie) služeb a infrastruktury pro ICT manažery. Obsahem bakalářské práce je porovnání procesů řízení informatiky v určité firmě s doporučenými postupy uvedenými v ITIL. Bakalářská práce by měla pomoci manažerovi ICT v rozhodování a získání základního přehledu, zda ITIL implementovat kompletně nebo si převzít pouze některá doporučení vhodná pro velikost jeho IT oddělení. Výstupem bakalářské práce je popis současného stavu řízení informatiky v IT oddělení a identifikace oblastí, které jsou již podle rámce ITIL v3 řešeny. ICT manažer získá představu, do jaké míry je řízení jeho IT oddělení v souladu s doporučeními uvedenými v ITIL, jak je možné ho dále rozvíjet a jaká rizika hrozí, pokud by určitá zatím neimplementovaná doporučení nadále nerespektoval. The aim of bachelor's thesis is to introduce the ITIL v3 framework, package of publications, for ICT service management. This set of publications provides the best practices within managing of ICT (Information and communication technology) services and infrastructure for ICT managers. It could be useful for ICT manager in specific company. The content of thesis is a comparison of IT services management in specific company with the best practices set out in ITIL. Bachelor's thesis could be helpful for ICT decision maker to obtain a general overview, whether implement ITIL completely or take some recommendations suitable for the dimensions of his IT department. The output of thesis is a description of current situation and to identify areas that are already solved by ITIL v3. The ICT manager will obtain a situation picture of his IT department governance in comparison with the ITIL framework, how it could be developed and what risks are there, if he won't respect certain recommendations, which are not implemented.
