Hlavním cílem projektu bylo stanovení prostorové distribuce rizika infekce dvema nejvýznamnejšími klíštaty prenášenými onemocneními.Celkove bylo prokázáno, že obe území vykazují zvýšené riziko infekce klíštaty prenášenými patogeny. Puvodce lymeské boreliózy je prakticky všudyprítomný, výskyt viru klíštové encefalitidy je ohniskový v prípade Jihoceského kraje a velmi vysoce ohniskový v prípade Bavorska. / Das Projekt hatte die räumliche und zeitliche Untersuchung der Verteilung von Zecken und Zecken-übertragenen Infektionserregern (FSME-Virus und Borrelien) sowie die Abschätzung des Infektionsrisikos mit diesen Erregern einschließlich der Erstellung lokaler Risikokarten für ausgewählte Standorte zum Ziel. Es konnte bei diesem Projekt gezeigt werden, dass beide Untersuchungsgebiete verstärktes Risiko für Infektionen durch Zecken-übertragene Erreger zeigen. The main aim of the project was to find out the space distribution of the infection-risk of two most important tick-borne diseases. It was shown, that there is an elevated risk of infection by tick-borne pathogens in both regions. The infection agent causing Lyme disease is almost ubiquitous, while the tick-borne encephalitis virus is focal in South Bohemia and highly focal in Bavaria.
