Práce je zaměřena na motivační systém, a to v první části teoreticky a v druhé části prakticky. Teoretická část seznamuje se základními pojmy, praktická část pak poskytuje základní informace o firmě TPCA a analýzu jejího motivačního systému. Project focused on incentive system is composed of two parts. First one is a theoretical part and contains explanation of basic concepts. Second part is based on TPCA introduction and analysis of its incentive system.
