Součástí této diplomové práce je část teoretická a část praktická (výtvarná). V teoretické části se zamýšlím nad problematikou historického filmu obecně, na několika příkladech ze světové i naší kinematografie pak demonstruji vztah reality a fikce, stejně jako různé druhy a míry stylizace. Tituly jsem vybírala s ohledem na jejich různorodost; nebrala jsem v potaz pouze dobu vzniku a zemi původu, ale přihlížela jsem i k historickému období, které je v nich zpracováno. Bude se tedy jednat o sledování těchto děl z hlediska jejich výtvarné stylizace, a nikoli o srovnání filmových rozborů. Náplní části praktické je výtvarné řešení filmového zpracování irského historického románu L´Attaque od autora Eoghana Ó Tuairisca. Návrh prezentuji obrazovým pojetim hlavních scén a nejdůležitějšími fotografiemi referencí. Popisuji stručně děj a předkládám scénosled vypracovaný na základě zmíněné literární předlohy. This diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical (creative) parts. The theoretical part discusses the term ?historical film? in general; several examples from world and Czech cinematography demonstrate the relationship between reality and fiction together with different types and rates of stylisation. The films discussed were selected with regard to their diversity; however, not only their origin and age were taken into account, but also the historical period in which they are taking place. Therefore, these pieces are studied in terms of artwork stylisation, not as a comparison of film analysis. The practical part presents the artistic concept of a film based on the Irish historical novel L?Attaque from Eoghan Ó Tuairisc. The artwork proposal is presented as pictures from main scenes and as important reference photographs. The storyline is briefly described and the scene sequence presented is based on the aforementioned novel.
