Služby 3PL poskytovatelů patří dnes k velmi využívaným především u výrobních a obchodních firem. Dochází k tomu v důsledku koncentrace na vlastní core-business a outsourcing mnoha podpůrných činností externím dodavatelům. Tato práce pojednává o marketingu poskytovatele 3PL, jež je specifickou částí trhu B2B, resp. trhu logistického. Práce se skládá ze tří částí. První kapitola je zaměřena na teoretické vymezení marketingu a definice jednotlivých aspektů, kterými se marketing zabývá. V druhé části je představena logistika, specifika logistiky 3PL a logistického trhu v České republice. V poslední části jsou uvedené teoretické poznatky z obou předcházejících kapitol aplikovány na konkrétní firmě. Je zde zhodnocena její marketingová strategie a navržena určitá doporučení k posílení marketingové pozice firmy. Services of 3PL providers are nowadays very commonly used by production and merchant firms. It is happening due to companies' concentration on their own core-business and outsourcing of many of their activities to external suppliers. This thesis is focused on marketing activities of a 3PL provider, which is a specific part of the B2B market, as well as the logistics market. The thesis consists of three parts. First chapter is focused on theoretical definition of marketing and individual aspects, which marketing is concerned with. In the second part, the logistics, the specifies of 3PL logistics and the logistic market in the Czech Republic are presented. These theoretical findings are applied to a particular firm. Its marketing strategy is evaluated and a set of recommendations is proposed to enhance marketing position of the company.
