Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu vývoje hypotečních úvěrů, které byly poskytnuty českým domácnostem. První kapitola je věnována teorii hypoteční úvěrů a jejich základním charakteristikám. Ve druhé kapitole se zaměřuji na úvěrové riziko. Jeho řízení, monitorování a metody snižování. Třetí kapitola obsahuje příčiny zadlužení a elementární analýzu závislosti objemu HÚ na makroekonomických veličinách (úroková míra HÚ, HDP, inflace, nezaměstnanost, hrubá mzda). Prokázání této závislosti je součástí i poslední kapitoly a to pomocí regresní a korelační analýzy. This thesis focuses on analyzing the development of mortgage loans which were provided by Czech households. The first chapter is devoted to the theory of mortgage loans and their basic characteristics. In the second chapter I focus on credit risk. Its management, monitoring and reduction methods. The third chapter includes the causes of debt and the amount of elemental analysis based on macroeconomic variables of mortgage loans (mortgage loan rate, GDP, inflation, unemployment, gross wage). Proof of this dependence is part of the last chapter using regression and correlation analysis.
