Práce analyzuje ochranu spotřebitele na trhu zábavní pyrotechniky v České republice ve vztahu k harmonizaci s legislativou Evropské unie. Nejprve definuje pojem zábavní pyrotechniky jako takové, následně se zaměřuje na období před aplikací právních norem Evropské unie do prostředí platné legislativy České republiky a nakonec i na období po jejich aplikaci. The Thesis analyze consumer protection on fireworks market in the Czech republic in relation to harmonization with European Union legislation. First defines fireworks as such, then concentrates on the period before the application of norms of the European Union into czech law and finally on the period after their application.
