Diplomová práce se zabývá softwarem jako služba (SaaS) a webem 2.0 jakožto současnými trendy souvisejícími s internetovými aplikacemi, a zkoumá jejich využití v cestovním ruchu. Ukázalo se, že SaaS má pro cestovní ruch slibný přínos především v CRM systémech, a že aspekty webu 2.0 přinášejí webovým projektům pomocí nepřímých efektů obchodní úspěchy. This thesis deals with Software as a Service (SaaS) and Web 2.0 as current trends related toInternet applications, and examines their use in travel industry. It appeared that SaaS is truly promising, especially thanks to on-demand CRM systems. And also that aspects of Web 2.0 bring commercial successes to web projects through indirect effects.
