Bakalárska práca je zameraná na informačné systémy podporujúce strategické riadenie podnikov označovaných skratkou CPM -- Corporate Performance Management. V súčasnosti je práve tejto problematike venovaná veľká pozornosť vo svete informatiky. Práca je rozdelená na praktickú a teoretickú časť. Prvá z častí osvetľuje problematiku a popisuje historický vývoj týchto systémov. Rozoberá jednotlivé komponenty tvoriace hlavnú podstatu konceptu CPM. Druhá časť má za cieľ postihnúť reálne požiadavky a postupy spoločnosti zo segmentu malých podnikov majúcej záujem o nasadenie vlastného CPM riešenia. Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na informační systémy podporující strategické řízení podnikového výkonu označovaných zkratkou CPM -- Corporate Performance Management. V současnosti je právě této problematice věnována velká pozornost ve světe informatiky. Práce je rozdělená na praktickou a teoretickou část. Prvá z částí osvětluje problematiku a popisuje historický vývoj těchto systému. Rozvádí jednotlivé komponenty tvořící hlavní podstatu konceptu CPM. Druhá část má za cíl pochopit skutečné požadavky a postupy společnosti ze segmentu malých podniků, která má zájem o nasazení vlastního CPM řešení. The bachelor thesis is focused on information systems that supports strategic business management referred to by abbreviation CPM - Corporate Performance Management. Currently, CPM topic is one of the key issues in informatics. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part illustrates the problems and describes the historical development of CPM systems. It discusses the various components forming the main essence of the concept of CPM. The second part explores the real requirements and procedures of the company from Small Enterprise segment that has interest in the deployment of CPM solution.
